Clean room

This is the second time ive stayed there in the past 6 months. The ice machine is always broken. Breakfast is great and so is the staff. I was disappointed that when I came back this time the ice machine was either STILL broken, or it was broken again. Either way the issue needs to be resolved.

Location is great that is why I chose this hotel. The breakfast was good until I seen roaches. Roaches and bugs were in the hotel. Staff was unprofessional and rude. It was not a pleasant experience and I will not be back. After I seen roaches I no longer ate the breakfast.

Honestly, we did not like anything and checked out the next morning and found a new hotel. First of all, it was in a terrible area. It was very dirty and every inch of the room had dirt and grime on it. It felt like a transient motel. It was loud from the freeway and train tracks nearby. The shower was the lowest shower head we’ve ever seen and hit my husband at the shoulders.

The property is on a busy train track which woke me up occasionally. Breakfast was fine with usual eggs waffles and breakfast meats. Muffins bagels and toast.
