The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room smelled very bad like smoke.

Very nice and clean I got a smoking room on accident but was moved very quickly like that Thank You for acting fast on that .

The price was good and the location was perfect for me, although it takes longer to get downtown. I didn't have a problem with the trains (most of the negative reviews mentioned train noise.) The trains weren't running at night, and I only heard trains twice. The hotel is close to many food options. Cleanliness is my priority, and it rated very good marks. I would've appreciated the floor being cleaned with a wet mop, not just swept. I walked around the room barefoot, which I will not do next time.

to be honest it was the location of the hotel since my job meeting was near by and i was able to save time on travel and kind of sleep in before the meeting in the morning. not really it was my coworkers booking error he forgot to put my name on the reservation so the credit card hold was more than usual. it was booked for and thru work not sure why i was charged more for the deposit.

I liked the fact that is pool and spa but and exercise room. The beds were so so hard like a rock and the sound of stell! I couldn’t sleep well. No money can compesate that. Too close to freeway sounds aand train sounds. Where a arrived the lobby acsess were closed or restricted! Bewere!!

The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet, clean and nicely equipped. The breakfast was also great. I didn't like having to leave.

You need foamy earplugs to sleep comfortably related to the train horn blown about 3 to 4 times a night on one side the other is freeway noise

After a 6hr drive, got there 4am, I was tired I didnt think I needed to inspect the room. Wish I did there were bugs coming out from the bottom of the wall and the shower wall was separating from the drywall. The room smelled bad. I wanted a refund to leave early was very disappointing no one could help with that. I had to put tissues between the drawers because they kept opening on their own. Was annoying. Not what I was expecting at all, especially not what I paid for.
