Always nice and the hot tub felt great. Food was delicious definitely will be staying again We liked everything about this place, just one thing there were a few stains on our carpeting in our room that we noticed when we checked in, but no biggie I'm sure will be shampooed clean & ready for the next customers.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is good. The kids loved the pool area and all staff are friendly and helpful. Happy hour was a welcome surprise too ☺️

We were heading to eastern sierra from bay area and want to stay overnight to reduce overall travel time. Modesto is a good place and Holiday Inn fit our needs perfectly for one overnight stay.

It was a great stay and with 3 kids the breakfast made it very affordable. And the breakfast was good quality food and great selection. Kitchen staff were on top of everything. If I come to Modesto this is where we will stay
