The room was clean but carpet needs to be cleaned soon . Mattresses were not that comfortable. The front desk was nice but I wasn’t checked in properly and was charged a no show fee and was called about not showing up when I was indeed there . I had incorrect charges and spoke with the manager the next week to let her know and all was corrected . Would stay again

The staff was helpful and pleasant. We were a part of a large group staying there for a funeral. Some of us had not seen each other for twenty years, so we regularly took over the common area downstairs to catch up and have a few drinks. The staff put up with us and even asked several times if there was anything they could do to make us more comfortable. The rooms were spotless, and the breakfast was very good for a hotel stay.

My room was extremely clean, the wifi was solid. Since I worked overnight shifts for training purposes, I slept through the breakfast so I cannot review that. Overall the staff were nice & amenities were great. I have no complaints from my experience.

The room they give me because I have a service dog needs shampooing and it has missing furniture that other rooms do have.

customer service was great, the check in process was good. Room was easy to find. There was limited parking. People were taking like 3 parkings at a time.

Only thing we were happy with was the staff. Very friendly. But the beds are horrible. The shower pressure was horrible and our rooms carpet smelt like it had a slight dry urine smell. Breakfast was okay. Options were limited. Quality of it was under par.

The staff was really nice, the amenities were good, but the room itself was so loud it made it difficult to sleep. I kept thinking the window was open because the cars on the adjacent freeway were so loud. The fridge was also very very loud, but I couldn't unplug it because we were using it. Maintenance is needed to update the building and appliances so guests can get a good night's sleep.
