Room was clean and very comfortable. Close to restaurants. Modesto was a nice town. Breakfast was tolerable. We brought our own movies to play on the TV. However, they had the TV set up in such a way that we could not do so. We had to watch an old movie on Pluto, complete with commercials. We couldn't take it, so turned it off after a few minutes.

We arrived at 5 pm but had to wait 30 minutes for our room to be ready. The room did not cool down or respond to resetting the thermostat.

Came for a family wedding in the area. Very comfortable, quiet and convenient location. Felt safe and secure. Parking was easy. Breakfast was the best! Friendly staff. All good. Love the Residence Inn brand and suite style accommodations. Aloha~

There were construction workers staying in the hotel, they payed loud music in the parking lot at 3am and then again in the hotel room at 4am. I called front desk and they did t do anything about it.

The large room with a kitchenette, cleanliness, breakfast included with reservation, large bathroom, comfortable/firm bed. Nothing I can think of at the moment.

It is very clean and quiet. Nice facilities for a quick comfortable family stay.

Rooms are always immaculate and staff is very kind and helpful. Beds a tad hard for my liking, but otherwise rooms are perfect!

The hotel was good/fair overall, the breakfast options are limited honestly who wants to eat microwave burritos for breakfast not me, and on my first night when i got in the elevator it was a really strong pesticide odor like if they just had sprayed RAID all over and the mattress was not comfortable at all.

Clean and spacious! The room felt fresh and new. The breakfast was excellent for this type of accommodation with many options.
