This hotel is a gem. We stopped in transit and even though we arrived late, the staff were exceptionally accommodating. Breakfast service was excellent.

I’ll never stay here again they had hookers fighting in the hallway when my softball team was trying to sleep. The staff that told us the pool was closed was rude. We were already cleaning up to leave no need to be rude.

Unfortunately I was never told there was a fee for dogs and was charged $75.00 for a dog. Next time I will choose a hotel without a pet fee.

Traveled to Modesto for a softball tournament so I had my family with me & the beds were comfortable, breakfast was awesome & parking was not a problem. We really enjoyed our stay & would rent here again.

We always stay here when we travel. The hotel is always clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast and coffee are good and so convenient.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Provide ice pack for a sore shoulder. Breakfast was good too.

The smoke detector was beeping but promptly taken care of.

The room was very nice and clean. There was a smoke detector beeping, but when we called down to the front desk, they changed the battery right away. It was no problem.

It was good only bad thing was I had to leave early and they wouldn't let me cancel my room for that extra night other than that it was a really nice place to stay

Way better than average free breakfast... No , not Michelin but.... AC was a little noisy but worked great and was much needed! Some reviewers complained of local noise due to closeness of freeway but we didn't notice too much. Maybe noisy AC covered it up LOL! Perhaps a dual blessing as noise cancellation and life saving as it has been 105 degrees here during our stay! Not a big fan of Modesto but would stay here again in a heartbeat if I have to!

Rooms were clean, beds comfy, easy parking. We stayed here to avoid possible traffic next morning as I had to be at Kaiser Modesto for vascular procedure early next morning. Bless than a mile from Kaiser and right off 99.

The room was very spacious and clean , bed was comfortable and I loved it that it was a pet friendly hotel. There was some noises coming early in the morning from our neighbor rooms like talking or slamming doors other than that everything was good.

This is my fourth time in this hotel and every stay was wonderful;clean room,nice staff and free breakfast. I’m very happy and I recommend it.
