It’s not safe and staff were very rude , the rooms smells so much

I reserved for two queen-bed room and reached there 11 PM. The person at the desk simply said was the room not available because of some mistake or over booked. I was completely frustrated and asked her whether I could talk to the manager. She said that he was not picking the phone and said add that they had couple more incidents on the same day. I need to spend additional 30 minutes to find another room by paying $70 extra. it was the worst experience

Everything in good working order. We didn’t use it, but indoor pool looked very good and organized. Toilet and shower in the bathroom, and sink separated from that room is good. Site is across from huge outlet mall. Many dining options nearby.

Front desk person not there for 30 minutes

Again the police came and took the guy away When I arrived in Sunday no one in the reception are I have to ask a girl to call the front desk clerk who was her mother. No until Wednesday I saw anyone in the front desk then the Manager came I saw him 2 days

Just not a nice place. Things are left to just fall apart.

Room was very smelly, there was pet food in the air conditioner unit and no remote for the tv. Bed felt like a box spring

This was the 4th weekend we waited a considerable amount of time to check in No one was at the desk The hotel advertised a pickup breakfast from 6 to 9 am we went down at 7 am no cofee and no breakfast was available and it never became available There seemed to be only one on duty the entire time we were there there were no utensils plates nor cups available The cupboards were bare The parking lot was filled with cigarette buttts and garbage the dog walking area needed mowed The weeds were high there was shower beds and towels yeah

Mostly each room is having shower or tap not working issues Rooms are smelly and dirty. Breakfast was horrible Paid around $300 cad per room and was waste of money

Cleanliness is extremely bad. Not many options for breakfast.

I needed a handicapped room I booked 3 but needed at least 1 for my aunts but there was none available I put that on the information when I was booking. All rooms was far from each others. When I arrived at my room there was no pillow cases on none of the pillows. As soon as I was calling downstairs a man that was doing housekeeping open the door and walked in while me and my mother was in the room. He did apologize because he said this room was not finished yet I felt that was very weird. My aunts had a hard time in there room since it was not handicapped accessible I had to assist them in taking showers etc there was nothing for them to hold on to. Even though we was only there for one night due to death in our family. I was very uncomfortable with my stay.

Nice but I was originally given a dirty room without sheets or chairs. They corrected that. There are no kitchen supplies in the suites and I was given two plastic spoons a some disposable coffee cups. Some bug issues.
