Elevator’s wasn’t working. Room was very old, stairs were stinking. Worst experience.

Nothing to like. Did not get the room that I had reserved. The room that they put us in was dirty, and obviously not cleaned for some time. Room was not what I reserved. Not cleaned. We did not stay at the hotel for the remainder of our trip, leaving the first night. I could not get a refund from the hotel due to booking the room on your site.

The place was not clean and when I woke up, I woke up to bed bugs

The first room that was offered stinks. Luckily the room was changed right away but the quality of the room was not at all worth the cost. The carpet is moist and most of the furniture is worn out. Since it was one night stay, it was manageable.

The room had mold and fleas. The shower rod was falling out of the wall. There were no plugs for the sink or bathtub. Overall the only plus to this hotel was the staff. They were friendly and understanding.

The hotel was old, unkept surrounding, old sticky carpet, clogged bathroom sink, bed sheets smells terrible but clean. Managed to sleep through the night.

The Staff & it felt like a home away from home.

Room was clean but really disappointed in cleanliness of the whole hotel. First impression outside walking in hotel was how dirty it looked. Cigarette butts and trash at the entrance coming in. No one to greet you when we were trying to check in. Lady sitting in lobby told us to use phone in lobby which I guess rings to notify staff. Seemed like they were short staffed. First day Breakfast was hot water to make oatmeal and cereal bars, coffee was good per others people with us. Second day same breakfast but coffee was instant coffee. The pictures on website aren’t what the place looks like.

The room had a weird smell to it. The bathroom sink was cracked, carpets were not vacuumed, press on nails in the floor by the door as you walked in. Fruit seeds behind nightstand.

Cigarette butts greeted us at the entrance and a good many weeds. The lobby smelled as did the elevator. Our room’s carpet was not clean and the laminate floor was very sticky. The morning coffee that was guaranteed by 6am wasn’t available one morning until 7:45am. We won’t ever return here.

Fire alarm battery was dying and only one light worked. Switched rooms, insanely outdated n the tv didnt work. Front desk had one plate available for utensils/amentities. Phone didnt work. Honestly the worst hotel i ever stayed in. Super disappointing cause i love Pittsburgh.

I reserved for two queen-bed room and reached there 11 PM. The person at the desk simply said was the room not available because of some mistake or over booked. I was completely frustrated and asked her whether I could talk to the manager. She said that he was not picking the phone and said add that they had couple more incidents on the same day. I need to spend additional 30 minutes to find another room by paying $70 extra. it was the worst experience

Everything in good working order. We didn’t use it, but indoor pool looked very good and organized. Toilet and shower in the bathroom, and sink separated from that room is good. Site is across from huge outlet mall. Many dining options nearby.
