Mostly each room is having shower or tap not working issues Rooms are smelly and dirty. Breakfast was horrible Paid around $300 cad per room and was waste of money

I needed a handicapped room I booked 3 but needed at least 1 for my aunts but there was none available I put that on the information when I was booking. All rooms was far from each others. When I arrived at my room there was no pillow cases on none of the pillows. As soon as I was calling downstairs a man that was doing housekeeping open the door and walked in while me and my mother was in the room. He did apologize because he said this room was not finished yet I felt that was very weird. My aunts had a hard time in there room since it was not handicapped accessible I had to assist them in taking showers etc there was nothing for them to hold on to. Even though we was only there for one night due to death in our family. I was very uncomfortable with my stay.

Great Location
-
Poor coffee and cold cereal only. Sitting area. Better selection
-
Multiple photos available as evidence Either properly fix and update or shut the place down, Heath dept would have a field day!!
-
Nice but I was originally given a dirty room without sheets or chairs. They corrected that. There are no kitchen supplies in the suites and I was given two plastic spoons a some disposable coffee cups. Some bug issues.

The staff was excellent. They were kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. We didn’t need the kitchenette, but there plenty of items for use available at the desk if we had needed them. The breakfast was continental, but that is how it was advertised, so there was no surprise there. There were muffins, breakfast bars, and instant oatmeal available along with coffee and tea.

The rooms aren’t clean

The bed was on the cheapest frame with 5 legs and would literally slide across the floor since they were uncarpeted floors. The FIRE sprinkler was wrapped with masking tape since they painted, but the paint job was pretty poor. There was a family with kids a couple doors down but the walls were so thin it sounded like they were in my room. The room was just below standards !! The front desk attendant was very nice and knew his job and was very polite when I told him the problems and wanted a refund and was leaving.

unable to turn bathroom light or fan off! It was difficult to sleep with so much noise I could hear the person above me walking around

Our stay was good, just needs to be updated. It was comfortable, Location was excellent, close to mall, many options to eat, close to the PA turnpike. If we needed to we would stay again.

Extended stay means: coffee maker in room. They lacked everything. Shame, then charge what they did, even worse. Will NEVER stay there again. Too bad they got my money, as they should of paid me to stay in their dump.

The staff was friendly and polite. Truly the only nice part of our stay. There must have been some events in town so the cost was pretty high $300 for the night. Ours a no smoking property and our room smelled like there was a Grateful Dead concert held there. so much weed in the air it kept me awake. The dresser drawers had some kind of… I don’t know what inside of them.. dirt I guess. It looked like potting soil. The outside grounds were full of trash and debris and the landscaping was unkept and overgrown. If there had been any other options nearby we would have packed up and left. Oh… the breakfast…. Not a breakfast at all. Coffee, Tea, oatmeal packets and hot water. Wrapped muffins and nutrition grain bars. I didn’t expect much but that was not what I’m familiar with when the stay includes breakfast. For $100 a night give it 2.5 stars but for $300 I’m more inclined to say 1.5 tops.

it was great

Noting. The room had an odor. There were marks on the sheets and stains all over the carpet. The hotel, inside and outside, was dirty.

Dark parking area, trim the trees away from the light post so it can improve lighting. The rooms were unclean. Don't look under the bed you will be disappointed. Even walking on the hard floors allows you to experience the stick floors. 2 out of 4 times that I went to the front desk was I able to find someone behind the desk. The shower head in the bath room was broken away from the support so you had to manually hold the shower head while you showered. I was there 2 nights and had one small container of shampoo and one bar of soap provided for at the bath or sink. So you had to move a small bar of soap between the two. Come on, did they cost a dime? Breakfast said juices and grab and go along with coffee and tea. No juice, no in room coffee, no bottled water provided. Inside carpets and hallways need cleaning and painting. Some lights in the room did not work. Upgrades are desperately needed. A building next door is applying for a liquor license to be a bar/ restaurant should make everyone feel even more anxious if they don't service the outdoor lights around the parking lot and brighten things up
