Manager offered to move us to another room. But we were unpacked .Breakfast items were out of stock, pancake maker was broken, food was not hot, and i said good morning to chief and he was short with me. he was just sitting waiting to close buffet at 9AM . our room had a smell.??? shampoo dispenser has conditioner in both containers. washed my hair with hand soap.. read above i mixed questions

The facility was clean and it was in a good area, The breakfast was good too. I was given the wrong room due to them not having queen beds like booking states. But overall the company helped me out and gave me a king.
