Hotel room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Had a good night.

The check-in and check-out process was great and the staff was super friendly, helpful, and nice. There was plenty of parking. It was easy to get around the area from this location with plenty of shops and restaurants. The property's public areas and grounds were emasculate. The room was super great. It was modern and very clean. It had everything we could want for our stay. The climate control was already set to 68F, which we like. There were no problems with the system maintaining whatever temperatures we set it at. There was plenty of lighting around the room. The room had a cute kitchenette with a very clean microwave and fridge. The bathroom was modern, spacious, and very clean, and included plenty of nice Dove amenities. The TV worked perfectly and was on a swivel, so that it could be viewed from either bed, both beds, or the desk area - well designed. Super comfy bed and pillows. They had free fresh ground coffee machines in the cozy lobby area with both regular and decaf, teas, and hot chocolate 24/7. The morning breakfast was awesome with so many options to meet any dietary needs. Overall a great place and our new go-to hotel in the area for future visits. Kudos to the staff and management on showing how a well-run hotel can operate for its guests!

Excellent customer service. We had an issue with our hot water. Hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. Also had an early check out time and they also accommodated breakfast to meet our needs. Will definitely be back the next time we are in the area.

Loved the hotel! Very beautiful and clean. The shower was a tad slippery and i slipped right out onto the floor after losing my footing in the shower.

Only reason I gave our stay a "Great" instead of "Exceptional" was due to electricity going out for 6 hours on the last night of our stay. Communication was limited from hotel desk staff, as they waited on electric company to fix it. We did get refunded for that night though. We would definitely stay there again!

Breakfast is bare minimum and of worst quality! Compared with the tariff the charges for stay in this hotel is very bad and very low class ! Regretting for having to choose this hotel! Only advantage is the proximity to SV temple with in a walkable distance and shops like Walmart Target are nearby!

Nice stay. Rooms are pretty clean. The beds are good. Nice size. This hotel is my future stay too.
