Hotel did not honor the booking and I was forced to find a new hotel.

The property was very run down. The elevators looked more like service elevators. There was a lot of damage to the floor and the walls. The bathroom did not have a fan to run during showers. The paint above the shower was peeling and there was mold in the shower. The breakfast was okay. I‘ve definitely had better. The selections were adequate. The sheets didn’t fit the bed. They were constantly popping off the mattress. The pillows were regular despite this being a King bed. This hotel definitely needs updating. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I asked for a later checkout do to my flight not being until early evening.

Everything was ok except that there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. So, felt very embarrassing after using the toilet and shower.

Didn't see anyone from house cleaning during my 2 day stay. Walkin shower was dirty.

I stayed there for 4 days and three nights and my room was never cleaned once. There was never any fresh towels brought. No garbage was empty. Not even a roll of toilet paper was brought. I did let the front desk know and they told me a manager would call me on the day of my departure. I'm still waiting for that phone call. I don't think I will ever stay there again. On the positive note, the breakfasts were delicious everyday

I stay at this hotel 2-3 times a year when I make a drive to visit family in PA. I always book this hotel - very convenient for my trip. The hotel itself is showing a little wear, mainly the elevators and some of the furniture. However the rooms are very spacious, room is always clean and the bed is comfortable. Every hotel staff member I encountered was very helpful and super friendly. Breakfast was great!

Hotel could have been cleaner and more picked up. Looked like a lot of construction workers were/had stayed there. For the cost of the hotel, it should have been better.

The only good thing was the keyless entry. Now the disappointment. First, I had to shoulder block to get the door to open on the room and shut. Crumbs were all over the bed. I check the mattresses when I stay anywhere and that’s where I found them. It was a little noisy. We were right by the elevator and highway. All evening there were dogs barking until the owners returned and then again at 6 am until the owners returned. Breakfast was ok which I expect for a free breakfast. The rooms need renovated as the carpet is dated and stained. A lot of dirt in crevices. I went to get hot water for hot chocolate the water had coffee grounds in it and the front desk quickly fixed it. The elevators are dated.

I have no comment on the breakfast. There were other people that are complaining so I just settled for some juice.

We were just passing through. Arrived late and enjoyed dinner at Max and Erma's just across the street. Very clean, comfortable, and friendly atmosphere.

I asked them to vacuum my room when I was out for the day, and when I came back they had the door propped open with all of my valuables out in the open. When I told the front desk they didn’t care. Do not come here if you value the safety of yourself or your belongings, the staff does not care at all.
