I think there has been a change in the management and i see a huge difference with the management and staff. The Hotel is very clean compared to my previous visit couple of years back.

Room was clean and the service good. I love the water and coffee available 24 hours at the lobby

The staff was very friendly! The breakfast was fresh, hot, and had lots of options. Th room was mostly clean, though the tub was a little dirty. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The location was convenient to places to eat and just off the turnpike. This was a great stay!!!

Clean rooms

The bed was hard and pillows were limp and flat. Our room was next to elevators and facedthe highway so we didnt get a lot of sleep.

The hotel was under new management and were working on renovations to all the rooms slowly. The room we stayed in was still quite nice. Staff were super nice and helpful and breakfast had a good array of options.
-
Moldy shower (changed room), closed common areas, probably should close whole hotel during renovation

Adult party in the hallway. Kids playing hockey in the hallway. No sleep until after 11:30pm. Front desk attendant would only make a phone call to rooms involved, which they didn’t hear because they were in the hallway! When my husband said he was going to confront them he was told the police would be called on him. Yet the unruly guests weren’t threatened with police involvement. Manager gave us Hilton Honors points when we complained. Worst stay ever!

Room wasn’t cleaned the whole time we were there and one of the house keepers asked us and never did it.

THe property is really hard to get to and is tucked back behind a medical center. There was no one at the desk when I arrived at 3 pm in the afternoon and a cleaning person had to go find them. The person was in the back eating. The room was fine. The breakfast was ok but not great.
-
Overpriced, especially when there was no major event nor holiday to justify it, and more so when the shower had rust stains, the bolts that secure the toilet lid were stained/soiled, and there was no notepad nor pen to use.

Location We arrived at our hotel Wednesday evening and immediately had a poor experience. We walked up to the check in desk and the man standing there didn’t even greet us. I pulled up the stuff I thought I might need on my phone and stood there and waited for him to look up and engage us because initially I thought he was busy doing something- he then gave me attitude and I asked him if “this is where I Check in”. He was extremely rude with his gestures and words/tone and I’m in no mood for someone to treat us the way we were treated when we are staying here for my mom’s stage 4 CANCER treatment. I’m livid. Whoever that man at front desk is needs an attitude check because given the experience so far I would never recommend this place to anyone. Following a bad check in experience our room was filthy. The floors/walls were extremely dirty to the point where we kept our shoes on in the room and there is blood stained on the one lamp shade. The lobby reeked of cigarette smoke. The hallways were hot and Humid so clearly no air conditioning throughout the hotel. Our experience at the Hilton was horrible and we will not be back. I would like a partial refund for our stay seeing as we had to book another property for the second night due to the condition of Hiltons property

Room smelled like stale cigarette. Room odor made it hard to feel it was clean. Got in at 0145 too tired to go and ask for a different room. Shower had no shampoo, because doing a quick stop didn’t pack home supplies.

Clean room and buffet breakfast was great. Streaming options and a pool! Close to everything. Great price.

When booking with you I booked /requested a king room with tub. I did not get that and you falsely said that’s what I had. You should give me a refund. Also service stunk and was dirty
