Clean rooms, friendly staff

Room was not clean enough. Toilet was not flashing properly, bathtub and sink was not drained. Breakfast was good.

The night counter staff and the check out staff were WONDERFUL,very gracious and accommodating. The staff as a whole that I interacted with in passing were friendly and helpful.The staff is the reason we will return!!

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and welcoming and there were no bed bugs. That was the only 2 things good about the hotel. If I owned the name Wyndham I would not allow my name on this hotel. This hotel is very outdated from the time entering the front door, let alone seeing the room. If we were not just laying our heads down for one night and leaving the next morning, I would have requested a refund! Being charged $250 was ridiculous. The bathroom tile trim had dirty build up on it, the back of the door look like someone through spit balls from toilet paper on it, the metal cover to the tissues was rusted, the edges of the mirror appeared broken or pieces of the mirror had chipped off. The beds were actually clean and the mattress had a zipped mattress cover on it. I unzipped it and checked the mattress out for bugs, NONE. The tub was weak in some spots where you stand, the spiket and nozzle was rusted, water stains on the ceiling, the edges of the carpet walking down the hallway was dirty. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING AT THIS HOTEL AT ALL!

Very few options go those that don’t eat meat. Oatmeal was thick and uninviting. They only put the coffee flavoring out after breakfast was over.. if you want to have some during breakfast you have to got to the front desk to ask.

The desk staff was nice and the room was clean. The wifi kept cutting in an out during the stay, which made it difficult to use.

Not happy...can't close bath room. Also empty soda bottles were there at the. Time of che kin...very poor maintenance

Staff and breakfast were great. Room was not clean there was hair on toilet and in shower and crumbs in the one bed. Air conditioning was loud and temp control did not work well.

The stay was good, no complaints.

Upon arrival on the third floor, we immediately noticed a pervasive musty odor. While I initially dismissed this as common in some hotels, the presence of blackish-green mold near the elevator suggests potential unseen issues. The baby experienced daily congestion upon waking, which subsided when we were away from the hotel. Although not immediately apparent on the first night due to fatigue, I subsequently observed stains on the shower curtain, carpet, and walls, all of which I have documented with photographs. Regarding the amenities, we attempted to utilize the breakfast service daily between 6:30 AM and 9:30 AM. However, due to the presence of a tour group of teenage boys and a large, impolite family, we consistently found it difficult to access the food, with serving stations frequently remaining empty for extended periods (20-30 minutes). A recurring issue was the malfunction of the key cards, necessitating frequent trips from the third floor to the reception desk. On several occasions, we resorted to using the stairs due to elevator congestion. While some staff members attributed this to a new system. The housekeeping team was great!

Great location. Nice comfy bed and breakfast. Onsite parking available with boards everywhere that hotel is not responsible for any loss of property from your vehicle. I still parked with my luggage left in the car as I stayed only a night and didn’t feel like bringing all of it.

We had a great stay. Our room had a daybed that was perfect for our daughter. Staff were really nice. This is an older hotel that has been redone but needs a little more work. I only mention this because the exterior looks tired but our room was super comfortable. The pool was really nice too, but has some missing tiles and small issues like that. Breakfast was definitely above average and they have real cream for coffee (not just Coffeemate).

Room and halls were dirty. Stains on carpet in room. Stains in tub. Bathroom door barely latched because frame of door was so far out of plumb. Room layout was poor. Lots of wasted space but I had to shuffle around foot of bed and wall to get to other side of bed. Ac was cold. But bed was to close to ac unit. It was ineffective at cooling room overall.
