Room was not very clean, dirty microwave, public restrooms were a mess, beds not comfortable. Would not stay there agin

pretty old mattress and dated bathrooms. Some water clogging in bathroom. Expected better from Marriot.

Per my many reviews, I find the staff at this hotel to be exceptional. My father passed recently and I came back to the hotel from making funeral arrangements to find a gift basket in my room from management expressing their condolences. I was very touched by their kindness. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Very pleasant stay.

The location was close to food and shops. There were roof leaks, window leaks and visible black mold in multiple rooms around the window and air conditioners, which is a health hazard. The front desk staff member was rude and dismissive when approached about the issue.

There is only one elevator, which caused us to wait. Elevator overcrowding and on two occasions I had to ask other customers to please wait for the next elevator because it was so crowded. Also, there is no air-conditioning in the elevator.

Location was perfect for our weekend plans. The hotel was easy to find and had a good Continental breakfast. The king-size room layout was a little awkward but fine for an overnight stay. The tv shut off if you channel surfed too fast, and we had issues with the ac unit. The ac unit would kick on for a moment or two, then nothing. We had to keep turning the temp down (at one point 68 degrees), for it to run. The room was stuffy, not uncomfortable, but for a longer stay, it might be.

The bathroom was not accessible to walk In showering needed for my husband’s surgery ,although the shower chair provided was helpful,we had to use all the extra towels to cover the floor to prevent slipping. We were offered an accessible room, but it was on a floor that was hard for my husband to get to. These were not the fault of the facility , but rather ours for making the reservation so late.

Beyond the room itself, the property was noticeably unclean and dated. The pool area had visible rust, which raises both cleanliness and safety concerns. Overall, the hotel did not meet basic standards of comfort or maintenance and certainly did not reflect the quality expected from a Marriott‑branded property.

The room was advertised for 5 people, the second bed was a sofa bed with broken center wood and a grossly red stained mattress.very outdated washroom and room. Worse than a motel. Avoid this place.

Just about everything was great for our stay. Clean hotel, clean room. Nice breakfast. Even delicious brownies in the lobby. Kathy at the front desk was great. Only two things that could be improved is the hot water for our showers was not overly hot and the closed captioning on the TV wouldn't work. Pretty nice stay though.

Towels were clean. Room was well equipped. Breakfast area was reasonably clean. Parking was clean and well lit.

Our room was filthy. We found a bar soap with hair on it. It was apparent the room was never cleaned. The room smelled moldy due to the rugs. The rugs were stained. It was just awful. Very disappointed for a Marriott chain. Marriott needs to do better. I do not recommend staying at this location ever!!!
