The room was not clean

I booked it for 7/1 through 7/5. Did not arrive till 11am on 7/2. They cancelled my reservation, said i wouldn’t be charged. But no pne has notified my card so its still on there. Nowhere pn the confirmation i received said this would happen. I’ve filed a dispute with my creditor.

Typical for the Rodeway chain… doors that look like they’ve been opened via police battering ram, furniture that has seen better days and the strong smell of curry coming from rooms . The shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water atleast

We had to switch rooms upon check in the bed was broken and sunken in on one side the chair was extremely dirty and the room smelled so bad. We requested a non smoking room and was told we would have to pay an additional 100.00. The bathroom had hair in the tub. We were switched to another room, the bathroom door was broken and would not close, pillow case was stained and so was a bath cloth and towel. We returned the stained items and were given new ones. I chose this location as it is 4 minutes from work. I just transferred here from NC so I chose what was close. I am still at this location until I can find an alternative. People actually live at this hotel. The new room smelled as well. The front desk gentleman was extremely nice but the staff that cleans one lady was really rude and told me she was having a bad day.

Easy in and out. Charlie was helpful.

Marijuana smoke and trash everywhere. Lots of unsupervised children running everywhere. Need earplugs and headphones to sleep.

The room was in need of a very good deep cleaning. There were spots on the wall and around the light fixtures that we could only hope were coffee or some other type of brown food. The baseboards were coated in dust and dirt. The sheets were a dingy yellowish color that I was reluctant to lay on, and the bedspread was extremely stiff and scratchy. This was definitely a disappointment given the reviews that we had read online for this location. We would never book there again nor recommend it to anyone.

This place is pretty grungy, but at least it’s cheap I guess.

Dirty disgusting with moldy bathrooms.

For the price it was ok.

Bed was comfy enough but the TV was low definition and poor.

The hotel is definitely in need of remodeling. There was a hole in the bathroom wall. The hotel was decent for an overnight stay.
