When we arrived 3 in the afternoon the room wasn’t ready it s mess they was rush to clean and they didn’t change sheets I was complained and report to front desk they had to change sheets front of me. I don’t recommend you stay there Room wasn’t clean and need update and need new blankets

Air didnt work, outlets didnt work,fre channels on the TV, floor was dirty, bed wasnt comfy, bathroom door was broke and didnt lock

I never saw a bathroom as nasty.

Worst bathroom, I need to use all my energy to pull the knob for the water for shower. The bathtub is so high I feel like climbing a mountain. It will take atleast 15 mins for the water to drain completely after the bath.

All I can say is that you get what you pay for. Upon checking in, I was told there was a $60 deposit required for non-smoking rooms. My credit card was charged $60. The woman told me it would be refunded after checking out. I waited over a week, no refund. I called the property directly and was told I would have it the next day. It's been 5 days, still nothing. I will NEVER stay there again and I suggest that you don't either

Nothing. But it was a roof over our head and better than staying in a car. Had to buy our own bedding. To make it comfortable for our family Dirty nothing worked tv had a line down the middle. It stinks, bedding had cigarette holes in it. Smells like cat urin and marajuina. Worse place I have ever stayed! Shower was horrible really high and had to step way up to get in. It was awful. Way too much money for what you get. No continental breakfast at all. What hotel doesn’t offer continental breakfast? Nothing matched all the rooms were so mixed matched. The place needs too much work done on it. Should be renovated and redone all together.

No bottle water or kettle

housekeeping never entered our room to even change the trash. Lastly, the mini fridge stopped working while we're were out of the room and all the food I had in there was warm when we returned to the room after a long day out. And I woke up in the night and there was a puddle of water surrounding the mini fridge.

They did have a bed to sleep in and a working toilet so thats all the basic necessities. It also was a large roomb which was nice. There was a lot that concerned me. Lock didn't seem to fully function so it didn't seem very safe, the room stank where it would make me feel sick when I was in there, and the room felt filthy to where the shower/tub looked as if it wasn't cleaned for a month or the previous guest must've pooped in there and left a caked on skid trail behind or it must've been very rusty where I wasn't changing the shower at all. Also reception and wifi barely worked at all. Overall I wouldn't return and will just stick to a place that may be more expensive but safer and cleaner. This place definitely has seen better days and I hope they can update or at least clean the place so it would seem to be safe and clean for the next guests.

Nothing The staff was rude when I told them the room smell like smoke and showed them the burnt mark on the blanket the lady got mad and started raising her voice getting upset because we pointed out the things that was wrong with the room.

Everything especially for the price. Staff was responsive. Room stayed clean. Tv work Nothing great service

While the front staff was nice, the property is in terrible condition. The rooms were in terrible condition. Just do a red roof inn which would be cheaper, and generally in poor condition, or spend another $30/40 per night to get a better place. This place wasn’t worth the money I saved. The sheets were stained, the bathroom walls were stained, the place was just really old, run down and in poor condition.

This hotel is literally a death trap. Black mold on the AC unit and bathroom ceiling. The AC unit stopped cooling the room after about 5 minutes and as an exhausted traveler I decided sleep was more valuable than getting out of bed again to change rooms. A 2 foot drop from the edge of the tub to the bathroom floor. Dead bugs on the lamp shade. Dirty walls and broken fixtures. I'm only 5' 4" and the shower head was mounted so low that I couldn't stand underneath it. It's really a shame because the staff here are phenomenal especially Karen and Happy. The owner is a person that is not willing to put money back into the building to maintain basic safety and comforts.

Passable

I booked for 3 nights but I left the same night. Dead roaches on the wall the fridge was dirty the bed was filthy the floor was dirty the sink was dirty. Very uncomfortable with a child with a heart condition it was not safe for us to stay. I hope I can get a refund. Also whats shown on the pictures is not what it looks like.

Worst room I have ever stayed in. It was a smoking room, but I didn’t know that meant it would be disgusting. There was a paw print on my sheets when I had no animal with me. There were nasty drips all over the walls. My room was also not cleaned or replenished once during my stay even though I saw housekeeping on my floor. The front desk guy was very nice but that’s the only good thing I have to say about the whole establishment. I would give it 0 stars if possible.
