Best Western De Anza Inn

Awesome service and great resort

My family and enjoyed a comfortable stay in a nice room, and we loved the great breakfast at Best Western De Anza Inn. none, no problem

We enjoyed the pool and spa.

Quiet Friendly staff

Staff was very good. Nothing I can think of.

The staff was very friendly. We liked the access to pool and spa tub. We don’t have pets, but it’s nice to know bringing pets is an option. There were several restaurants very close by. Appreciated continental breakfast. No AC. Cleanliness of carpet was questionable. Not enough towels for number of guests (but we were able to get more from front desk). Could hear and feel walking above and around us. Could hear loud planes from nearby airport (wish we’d known about that when booking our stay). Continental breakfast area was very crowded— not enough places to sit, and too tight to move around when getting food.

I'm so mad at myself for forgetting the adorable woman at reception with the mermaid hair. She was exceedingly helpful, friendly, nice, and fun. She was stellar at explaining everything and helped solve a conundrum I had with how to put the stopper in the bathtub. She is a gem. I say give her a big, fat raise! We can't wait to come back.

Close to the wharf The property information never stated that there were ZERO A/C units on the property! Their solution was a box fan to put in a window that only opened 1/4 of the way due to window locks. Really?? The breakfast was lame. This was the first BW I ever stayed at that only had breads and waffles for breakfast; no meats! The staff was slow and rude! I spent over $600 for 2 days to sweat my ass off in my room and being treated like I wasn't wanted there. I would have been better off staying at a motel 6!! Where's my refund!?? I'm cancelling my BW membership due to this experience....I'm done!

Staff was very kind location was wonderful. Breakfast was great.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The shower water pressure was really good. Very clean and its in-between 2 restaurants and a CVS across the street. I think there is not enough parking spaces. There is street parking, but they are taken by the restaurants customers. The pool didn't feel heated.

Nice size rooms, friendly staff Lots of road noise, needs a little updating

The beds in our room were definitely very old with poor fitting bed linens but the room was clean and spacious. There is no air conditioning, which surprised me, but there was a box fan in the room that we could put in the window to blow in cool air. The pool is very awkwardly placed right up against parking spots which made it unappealing. The breakfast options are very limited and the space is not nearly large enough to accommodate the guests of the hotel. The TV's only have a few channels and no ability to connect to the Internet or casting. It was an ok place to stay while we were out and exploring but a fairly high price point for what you actually get.

Bed comfy, large room.. Microwave and fridge... Waffles. No streaming on tv ... Not smart tv. Only 2 towels and shower drain slow

The breakfast was good.We loved the waffle maker, my kids loved it.We had a great experience.Definitely come back again Did not have enough seating for everybody in the breakfast area
