Best Western De Anza Inn

Staff was wonderful, room was clean, the courtesy breakfast was one of the best I've seen being offered by a hotel.

Older bldg, parking was a problem, room was clean but bed was too soft but was an ok stay

Rooms were spacious and clean. We loved it.

Location and the coffee One of the rooms we had there was pee on toilet seats, leading us to question the cleaning process of the rooms. The vending machine had only 1 item in it. The parking lot exit from back of hotel was difficult it get through it was narrow.

Parking is the real issue, location small and area around the location not great. . Hotel was clean and staff very helpful.

Free parking and wi-fi. No A/C in the room and the fan available was very small.

Nice and friendly staff! The room was hot with no A/C and very noisy due to traffic right outside and planes flying overhead.

Excellent staff, simple check-in process, solid breakfast (covers the basics well). Pet-friendly rooms are on the first floor with quick access to outside areas.

This time they didn’t have keys so we had to ask staff to open the room. It was too inconvenient

Beds were way too soft. Felt like sleeping on a trampoline. The pool picture on your site is very deceptive: it is barely a kiddy pool in real life, sandwiched between the parking lot and a very busy road. Never saw anyone in it.

Location is great. Continental breakfast was very average. The hard boiled eggs were limited and not fresh.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downsides was that there’s no AC and the bathroom started to smell like sewage. Not sure why but no matter how much we sprayed and kept the fan on it still smelled. The toilet was clean so not sure where it was coming from. We couldn’t open the windows any wider either they only let about 5 inches opened but it was deadbolt locked for you to not open any wider. Other than that parking was fine, hotel was clean, beds were very comfy.

Breakfast is the usual continental options but breakfast area is too small, all the tables are pushed together so you are sitting on top of other families and there is little room to move through the food line. In general, a nice clean safe place.

Very clean, not noisy. Ice machine didn't work and most convenience stores around the area did not sell ice.

The rooms, acc. to front desk, are not air conditioned. However, this fact is not disclosed by the hotel in its ads.
