Room was clean very nice

You’re looking for a place to stay this is a quick pic not hard to find the staff was great. I feel like it was a family owned, and they had great smiles, will come again

On the plus side, it's clean (except the floor) and pretty comfortable. Large parking spaces and a good tv make it worth the price to stay here.

Picture taken were not a true reflection of the actual room, and the hot tub didn’t work properly I was so disappointed I ended up leaving and not staying. I checked out 2 hours later.

The property was please, and the staff was very friendly. It was a complete sold out site for the most part. It didn’t have a lot of gas stations and lots of things nearby. I would recommend it but just one thing in line at the wall are pretty thin so we just have to keep that in mind possibly and being able to hear your neighbor

Parking is small. We had a hard time understanding staff whenever we would ask questions. The room only had one trash can. The shower knob to control the temperature wasn’t working properly and hard to turn to right temp and hard to turn off. Not enough outlets in room.

Overall, it was a decent place to stay. The room was clean, and there were no unpleasant odors when we checked in, which was definitely a plus. Despite a few issues, our stay was generally comfortable and satisfactory. The room wasn’t very soundproof. We could clearly hear the people next door talking and laughing loudly. Luckily, it only happened on the morning we were checking out. The shower knob was also pretty hard to turn, and the iron didn’t seem to work properly. When we turned the iron on, it gave off a burning smell, so we didn’t feel comfortable using it. These aren’t major issues, but they could definitely be improved.

I was greeted upon parking by the helpful and polite hosts. I was not very talkative, but I had the distinct impression that they would have been friendly had I been. I would stay here again, and probably will. The neighborhood leaves something to be desired, but if you are looking for a cute, clean room with parking, this is a solid choice.

Local Manager

The room was nice and clean, all the appliances were in working condition and they accommodated our very late check in, 2am. The location was walking distance from the venue which was extra helpful

The main bed was comfortable. The pull out couch in the ‘Queen Suite’ was not suitable for sleeping on. Perhaps a child could have slept on one side of it because it’s less than 6 feet long. It also seemed to have a metal bar running lengthwise down the middle of it making it incredibly uncomfortable to sleep on, even if you did fit on it.

Good location Staff was not friendly. Took a couple minutes to get hot water. The water pressure was low.

The room is very small, there's no place to put anything in the room.

Nothing A clean room would have been nice unfortunately I booked the room so it was nonrefundable. The refrigerator was dirty and it had smell the microwave when I opened it the glass tray was dirty the whole inside of the microwave was rusted and the fact that they were using a holy rusted microwave plugged in was dangerous so I immediately unplugged it I complained to the front desk and the man and woman just looked at me like I was crazy or they didn't understand English they are from India they're very hard-headed and they told me if I didn't like it I could leave and the shower was not hot was warm it seemed like the shower lever did not want to pull all the way up from the cold to the hot top of that there was a bunch of Rowdy Hispanics probably gang bangers from either Monterey County or outside the county they were partying and being loud past midnight I went to the front desk nobody answered the door nobody was there so I guess they expected me to handle it so when I approached the individuals to keep it down that I was their neighbor and I was trying to sleep they erupted with violence and threatened my life so therefore I had three choices I could leave or call the police or deal with it morning came I told him I had had no sleep the people in the room next to me were fighting and partying and they threatened me I asked him if they would count me another stay or at least refund me my money or do something and all they did was call the police on me to have me removed from the property I would not stay here this place is disgusting they treat you like you don't deserve any respect of any kind also they are doing some shady practices they'll ask you for your credit card and the man will take a picture of your credit card front and back and write it down which is illegal and they're not supposed to be doing that I would not stay here this place is a death trap

Property was kind of small, but near any attraction in Seaside to Monterey.

I traveled solo and had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff were excellent, and the property itself is lovely with a great location..

What did I like? Leaving! The room was so small, I felt cramped in it. The walls are thin, so I could hear noise from rooms on both sides. The street noise was also disturbing, and if I had known I'd be less than half a mile from the runway of a busy airport, I never would have stayed.

The room was a comfortable size and had decent amenities, but we could've used two more pillows. The bed was decent and the location of the hotel is convenient. The AC worked well and we appreciated the futon and bench at the end of the bed for flat storage space. It took a really long time for the water in the bathroom to get hot. You could hear the water flowing through pipes to other rooms, which was annoying in the later part of the evening. The floating glass bedside tables look nice, but are SO small!
