Great location

The inn is just what our family needed for our travels- a clean place to sleep and shower! The in-room keurig and mini-fridge was helpful too. There’s nothing fancy about the rooms but they’re nice enough at a good price.

Location is convenient and close to attractions. Staff was helpful and resourceful. The hardwood floor vinyl in our room was sticking up in certain parts of the room making it difficult to walk around. Shower was hard to manage but luckily there were instructions included on the wall. TV had some color issues and we weren't able to access the settings. Beds were comfy and parking was accessible. Good stay.

This place is part of a trend where older motels are being upgraded to hotels. The new furnishings and and floors are nice, and the staff was great. The mattress was a little hard, but otherwise OK, but the bedding was kind of thin. The paint job in the room and the bathroom was a little sloppy. Overall, it was OK, but not a good value for the price.

Atleast towels were fresh. Parking was free as mentioned Staff agreed to take depsoit in cash unlike other hotels Very very small rooms. Motel converted with services. Pictures look much bigger. Very expensive for the quality of property and room.

overall was nice and safe but the walls and floors are extremely thin, i could hear every passing conversation outside my room and loud footsteps from upstairs unit

Clean room staff was nice. Not far from the aquarium either!

Rooms were clean and it was nice to have two proper bedrooms in the suite. It’s a little dated and views from room are junk/storage areas but we were just in a pitstop so didn’t care. Parking is pretty rough. Very narrow spots not many of them and lots of big cars. We arrived around 10pm and really had to squeeze into and out of the car. So good value but arrive early to have decent parking!

It was hot in the room, outdated AC/heating.

Run down old motel. 1980 style aluminum single pane windows that didn’t shut properly, Blinds that didn’t work properly. It’s a 1 star motel charging 4 star hotel prices

I knew that this was a 'budget friendly' hotel. It was no frills as expected, but clean and comfortable. There is little sound supression from the overhead room which was noticeable, but once they quieted down, there was no problem. Please note that they add a $100 'deposit' to one's credit card which I was not expecting. I assume that will be refunded right away in my case. The motel was in a quiet and safe neighborhood very close to Monterey, which was great.

Parking is usually good but this time was full

Room wasn't ready by check in, staff was kind of rude, and the room was noisy and did not make me feel safe.

Great central location to everything. The water gets hot quickly. Their pictures make it look much nicer than it actually is. The windows are old single pane and difficult to open. There is no AC, just a ceiling fan and box fan in the closet. It got very hot in my upstairs room. I had a balcony but was blocked from using it. The toilet is too tall. It was very uncomfortable to use. I’m 5’10” and I was on my toes while sitting on it. The shower head is very low. I didn’t have to use the heater but it looks like the original system from when the building was built. I don’t imagine it works well. The tv was oddly placed in the room. Made it difficult to watch. I was unaware beforehand they require a $100 hold for room damage.

The ceiling fan turned off every 10-15 minutes in main bedroom Mute key did not work on TV remote Never had the room cleaned, no extra TP, pails emptied or coffee pods refilled. Had to go to the office to get more coffee pods Very poor lighting. The room is dark unless curtains are open. Couch was very uncomfortable. Straight L-shape with no soft cushion. Cheap . 2nd bedroom the TV did not work. The patio was unavailable with a large piece of plywood up against the patio door. The chair was uncomfortable. Cheap The ceiling fan stayed on all night with no auto shut off like the 1st bedroom Housekeepers do not speak english
