Well kept

It’s pretty and in a pretty good location great flowers and topiary. You’re gonna be charged again once you arrive to park otherwise you’ll have to park off property. It’s in the notes but they could easily include this in their booking.com room rate. Also got a tub room for the jacuzzi and the jacuzzi didn’t work.

We wish we had known that this hotel was directly under the flight path for the Monterey airport, after being awakened at 5 am by a jet overhead. The astroturf/ carpets on the walkways was disgustingly dirty. Parking for an extra $10 a night, give me a break! Finally, I did not appreciate the bait and switch, when I made the reservation. Quoting one price, and then raising it, when I reserved the room. Not recommended!

Room was very clean. We were there for two nights. They didn’t make the beds or throw out the trash away in the room. We didn’t get clean towels.

Property was nice and was clean also cant complain about the price Having to pay to park in the parking lot was kinda lame but other than that was good.

The staff here are so sweet! I loved the coffee maker in the lobby. Rooms were clean and had spacious bathrooms. Great layout and rooms for the price! Bed was not super comfy but would stay here again!

Location, great parking and beautiful landscaping. Thin floor/ceiling, either that or there was a Clydesdale staying in the room above us. Luckily we were on the same time schedule.

Over all I will be going back...

The person at the reception desk was awesome. We needed a cart to unload, and because you didn’t have one, she took her phone and helped us. So nice and unexpected Too noisy - sounds carried from other rooms

Convenient location and near the airport Price

My room (#116) like the others was modernized. Very clean, very organized. The flooring is great. I prefer it over carpeting. The room is quiet, the property is clean and peaceful. The TV remote could probably use a new battery. Overall a GREAT overnight stay. The only obstacle is the bathroom door has to be closed in order to access the shower/tub. A sliding barn door would be better.
