Rodeway Inn Monterey Near Fairgrounds

Room wasn't prepared by the time I arrived, which was very late at night. I was taken across the street to a motel owned by the same owner. It was dirty and disgusting.

The walls have damage need to be painted. The faucet needs to be repaired in the sink, extra towels.

If I could give one star I would. Room was nasty and smelled like a cigarette smoker's insides. Queen bed, non-smoking room smelled like that and had a full-size, disgustingly dirty bed.

The gentleman who checked us in was nice. Other than that, we didn't like our stay. I don't appreciate we still have to pay for something we were not satisfied with at all!

Location was good The staff was rude especially the cleaning lady who never cleaned our room and never gave fresh towels very dirty floors like I said we left early not a clean place

Nice place to just sleep or use for the night. Nothing fancy at all but it does what you need. Tv, bed, shower, toilet. The price could be less for staying but other than that it’s ok. 4/10.

Absolutely nothing! This place was like sleeping in a garbage can. Rooms look nothing like what you advertised. Floors were dirty. Coffee maker was dingy and hair was in the bucket for ice, there were dirty towels from previous guest hanging in the bathroom, there were no sheets or dust ruffles on bed. Bathtub has rust in it, and mold surrounding it. The sink had cracks and no stopper and only hot water worked my daughter burned her hands, racks on wall for mirror but mirror is missing, bathroom light flickering like a horror movie, microwave was dirty and fridge didn’t cool. Tv was smaller than my monitor at work. Fan in bathroom covered in dirt. The walls had white patches with no paint on them.

No-frills, but clean and safe, very friendly helpful staff, and all the essential amenities: microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, soap and shampoo. Great place to be comfortable and well taken care of on a budget.

Nothing The place is a dump. It looked beat up. Dirty, uncomfortable beds. I could see the Dirty soap scum running down the shower walls. This place is disgusting. The base board were sickening to looked at. Half ass paint job. The room smelled. And to top it off, they wanted .25 cent for ice. I paid way to much for this shit hole.

Shower didn’t work , bed had squeaky noise else ok

I was keep this a last of the last option. Just does the job on providing bed for the night if that's the ask!

This was probably the worst motel I have ever stayed at.

Room was beat up. Holes in the walls, patches not painted, room smelled like smoke, baseboards beat to hell. A little paint and work would make alot of difference. Smell was nasty

This place is dirty and I woke up in the morning the sink was leaking and wall was dirty after I checked out I been waiting for my deposit they haven’t refund it back I send a message to the property and no response

Location, convenient to breakfast and Monterey downtown No plugs to plug in your items that need charging. Outdated interior wall plugs.
