Ramada by Wyndham Monterey

Easy location

Room had ants or some small insect. Not enough towels for a family of four, despite leaving a request. The property has gates in the back to walk behind the property, they were locked at all hours. Parking towards the back was tight. Loud occupants above us. Horrible WiFi, horrible signal coverage. We left the property early and went to a different hotel.

Clean room, staff, parking

The room was clean but the level 2 rooms didnt have elevator which was difficult to carry big suitcases up the staircases.

Staff, especially Naomi, are super helpful and friendly. Property is clean and well appointed. Excellant proximity to the fairgrounds and resturants.

Size of room comfort ofbef No Decaf Coffee. Very important for us who cannot have Regular.

Best sleep, safe, clean, convenient. Staff were amazing. My daughter loved the complimentary hot cocoa .

The room was really clean, the staff was friendly, and the parking was excellent.

It is clean, the room is big The sofa bed is not comfortable at all, it’s so thin, there should be a better sofa bed to sleep or do not advertise sofa bed at all.

Close to a lot and clean

Did not have breakfast. Bathroom window had been left open. Too high to reach so room was uncomfortably cold at night

Well located, good rate for the area, which is higher than it should be. Room smelled deeply of chemicals. Noise all night coming from other rooms, like literally 24 hours of bass and screaming.
