Lone Oak Lodge

It is pet friendly however not a lot of grass for the dog to walk around on to use the bathroom. The staff was very nice, room was decently clean

The in room hot tub is always amazing. The property has two available. The microwave in my room didn't work, otherwise everything was great.

The beds were pretty comfortable Aggressive owner, very loud noise from the street, smelly bathroom with smell going to the bedroom. They refused to move us to another room further from the street even though we paid a higher rate for the second night as we couldn't sleep

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The hot tub is definitely worth the extra dollars.

My room at the Lone Oak Lodge was basic and serviceable and very clean. Amenities are standard. The king bed was very comfortable. The property is an old school motor lodge with parking right in front of the room door. Check-in was easy, and the desk staff friendly and courteous. Noise was not too bad even though the lodge is on a busy street.

It was a great place to stay with our 3 kids. Very clean and well maintained. We loved the mini fridge and microwave in both rooms. We will definitely be back again.

I could have given it three stars but I am still pretty embarrassed. Our room was right next to the fire pit. when I was sitting on the toilet the people out there were so loud they might as well have been in the bathroom with me. We ate at Denny's down the street and it gave me explosive diarrhea. So when I started letting it loose I couldn't believe the acoustics in that bathroom. They definitely heard me and this was 11:30 at night and they were having a party out there. The receptionist didn't mention a hot tub and it was so crowded we didn't even bother. Barely any parking spaces. they tried to charge me more money when I paid for everything already when I booked it. Beds are hard as a rock definitely would have booked somewhere else and saved some money.

Very inviting - large rooms, well furnished, bed was very comfortable. The complex is a nice size. The location was great - close to restaurants and easy drive to waterfront. The Tv should be upgraded. It’s small by standards but the problem is the speaker - very tinny and hard to hear. Also large patch in bathroom needed paint.

its our 2nd times to stayed here every carweek. and we loved it. clean facilities and friendly staff too. definitely we’re gonna book for next year.

Small property, great location. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean, staff was great. A nice affordable place to stay while you visit Monterey.
