The beds were pretty comfortable Aggressive owner, very loud noise from the street, smelly bathroom with smell going to the bedroom. They refused to move us to another room further from the street even though we paid a higher rate for the second night as we couldn't sleep

Very inviting - large rooms, well furnished, bed was very comfortable. The complex is a nice size. The location was great - close to restaurants and easy drive to waterfront. The Tv should be upgraded. It’s small by standards but the problem is the speaker - very tinny and hard to hear. Also large patch in bathroom needed paint.

The area T.V. was to small, no closet, power to microwave, tv & refrigerator went out for about 1 hr. Floor was dirty, clock didn't work. The ad was deceiving, picture showed a stove & refrigerator. Poor lighting on the inside. Mosquitos everywhere. The linin was dingy ( not clean ). .

Room was fine and clean. Wi-Fi was weak. Location not the greatest.

Have been staying here for years. Unable to get kitchenette but our room had mini fridge with mini freezer & microwave which was fine. Staff always great. Aside from a loose toilet seat (which we reported to staff) room was clean & comfy.

I was not expecting that this place was going to be as nice as it is!!!! Very clean! Spacious! Comfy bed and pillows. Great customer service!!! We will definitely come back for work trips. It was perfect!

Clean room, staff is very friendly and helpful, good location, near to the airport.

Breakfast and laundry facilities would be a bonus. (There is a laundromat nearby but it closed at 7 pm) We would definitely stay here again!

I loved the atmosphere here because it felt safe and well-kept. The staff was very good and welcoming. I enjoyed not having an extra fee for parking as well.

Met every expectation. Had everything for a quick get-away hotel stay. Great location for our purpose and perfectly situated between Carmel, Monterey and Seaside. Our soap dispenser didn't work but everything else was great.
