The rooms were great, and Avani was very helpful and kind. The coffee machine was also excellent.

The only issue in our room was that the faucet on the shower kept coming off but we were still able to use it without an issue.

The hotel is great for a budget stay and has everything you would need for a good trip.

Otherwise fine room, property, and customer service. Could just use some tweaking on the sheets, door hinges, and most importantly the hot water.

Excellent location, friendly staff, very comfortable bed, and clean facility. The air conditioner worked perfect, and there was plenty of parking. I missed having a dresser and/or closet since we stayed 3 nights, I do not like living out of a suitcase. You can hear the cars driving by; however, traffic was light and it didn’t bother us. The ice machine was working on arrival, but broken by morning for the remainder of our stay. It was finally fixed on the morning of our departure. Overall a great place at a good value, and would stay here again.

This is a no frills property. Very clean and doable. I would suggest upgrading to something a little more luxe if you're trying to stay for more than a couple of nights. The price is very fair and the bed was not bad. Very important to me!

Pool is apparently closed for remodel but looks like it’s been closed for a while and no work being done. Ice machine is broken. WiFi doesn’t work in room 27. Hair found in the ice bucket.

The front desk employee was very kind, our room was very clean with a comfortable bed. Even though the inn sits on a busy highway, the noise level wasn't bad. We will stay here again.

Room was decent, tub a little slimy and not as clean. Overall staff really attentive and nice. Parking was great and open.

Decent stay for decent price. I’d recommend to not get room 30! It was just a tiny room with no windows

The room was smaller than the picture looks. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The problems one ofter an other first the cable went out the young lady from the office tried to fix it but couldn’t some had to be called, the the smoke alarm started beeping we told the young girl again l

Right on the main hwy but limited traffic at night. Basic and not terrible, bed, tv, bath.

I am a woman who often travels alone. This place was absolutely adorable. The room was super clean and comfortable - especially the bed. Best mattress I've slept on in forever. Parking was right outside my room door I felt very safe and it was so close to Fisherman's Wharf where I went to two consecutive days for whale watching trips. I would absolutely recommend 100%. Will definitely stay there again.

The pool was not open. For what I was trying to accomplish, which was to avoid the high prices of Camel by the Sea, this property was acceptable.

The room was clean, however most of the lights did not work. In 1 of 2 rooms I rented they provided a small lantern and in that same room the a/c did not work only the fan portion. After the shower the room would get incredibly stuffy and even smelled musty. Check in was quick as well as check out. There was enough parking for the amount of rooms that are offered at this hotel.

Very nicely remodeled room. Bed very comfortable. The room heater had a noisy vibration, but overall, this was an outstanding value. Thanks.
