Americas Best Value Presidents Inn on Munras

Quiet area, the area was beautiful and fairly close to the fisherman's wharf. There was a nice quiet balcony attached to the room. The room kept cool with the wall fan. Appliances in the room are quite older, though for our stay we did not use the microwave or the fridge so i can't comment on them. Bed was firm so it might be harder for side sleepers.

Clean room and close to everything

Nice location, fresh air. Face major street with a lot of car noise.

Rooms are clean, and the environment is quite. The pool was unavailable though. The fault was on me. When I am too tired to read every detail, I just based everything on the photos. Plenty of parking, but can be crowded if you arrived late at night. The whole lane doesn't have any coffee shops, but there's a 'Jack in the Box' and a 24-Hour liquor store (Pour Decisions. The store name made me smile) at the lower part of the hill. It's just a nice short walk from the inn. Good way to stretch those legs after a very long, long drive. Overall, the stay was nice.

Smelly

The room was HUGE, great for a family of 4. The bathroom was spacious, it had a microwave and a good size refrigerator, and the property itself has a nice floral touch and you can sit outside your room and enjoy a drink and the weather because they have lounge chairs and a small table. The location is right by the Del Monte Mall so you have lots of choices for food and fun. The Bathroom did have some left over shower stuff up by the window seal, so it was probably overlooked when cleaning the bathroom. Also, sad the pool and hot tub are closed indefinitely. I think at least having the hot tub would be beneficial because it does get chilly at night time.

The property is bounded by two roads, making access very easy. The parking lot is rather narrow due to the property layout.

Close to town

Unusual for a budget motel, it is surrounded by potted floral displays, with a formal garden layout between each room's private furnished patio (or 2nd floor balcony) and the street. The room is clean, comfortable. Moderate traffic noise 7am-10pm.

It had everything I needed. Everytime I go to Monterey. I will stay here Blankets need to be softer. A fleece blanket would be perfect !! And included breakfast would be the ultimate stay!!!

Pleasant place. Quiet. Good parking. Staff is quite helpful. Nice area.

Celebrate My Parents 64th Wedding Anniversary And They Love Staying In Room 117.... It's A Clean & Quiet Place To Stay.... From The Check In Process To The Maids Are The Most Friendly People Ever... Every Day We Stood There They Would Come And Ask if We Wanted Our Room Clean And We Didn't They Would Give Us What We Needed... It's Right On The Middle Of Everything.... I Would Highly Recommend This Place To Stay... The Only Negative Thing That I Have To Stay Is When They Renovate The Room Is That They Change The Shower/Tub To Only A Shower.... I Wish They Had The Tub Still

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The room included a mini fridge, microwave, hairdryer, fans, iron, ironing board and reading lights by both beds. There was plenty of hot water in the morning to take a shower.

The previous reviews are correct, nice stay for a single room. Parking right outside your room door, nice big room. Great location. Staff very friendly and helpful 🙏
