Lots of guests means the hotel is maintenance well enough to the standard.

The staff were great. The room clean. Got to use the hot tub, pool is not heated. Wish the hours for the pool/hot tub was longer by the time one gets back from site seeing the facilities are closed. My low rating was because the tv was not working neither was the coffee maker. Staff were quick to respond, courteous and friendly. They are in the process of remodeling and everything looks good. Only thing missing is a lock box. I would stay again.

Room looks nothing like the advertised photos. This is a motel/inn definitely NOT a hotel as the name suggests. Highly overpriced.

There was no staff on site. Had to do check in on my phone before arriving including taking a photo of my passport and uploading it. A bit of a faff especially when you’re on a road trip with no WiFi connection. They then send you a code for your room and the room number. Trying to check out there is no one again. A bit odd. Otherwise was clean and comfy bed. Breakfast was non existent…
