Room was nice clean and bright. The on site pool was a bonus. Didnt really see any staff on site during our stay and there was no breakfast. Easy check in and out Location was handy for access in and out, although a 30 minute walk to downtown.

Great location, bright clean and comfortable rooms all the nessecities - Iron, Coffee Machine, Fridge, hair dryer and 24hr access to anything else you may of forgot. Extra towels, toothbrushes etc and the staff in the office are wonderful and friendly but check in and check out were done via text which is super helpful after a long journey! Nothing, it was great!

Interesting hotel but liked the two bedroom concept . Close to Monterey and Carmel By the Sea. Dark interior

We come to Monterey every year have been staying here for about the last ten years. We like the indoor pool and it is within walking distance to downtown and the wharf. Wish there was a bathroom door.

Great location and clean!

The suite layout worked perfectly for our group of 3 and was an ideal location for weekend stay to attend wedding events.

Comfy beds, clean, didn't talk to any staff, which was really neat! Loved the pool and hot tub.

Location, in a nice pool area there are no curtains only blinds which led in a lot of light all night long

We really liked it here! It is very convenient to the Monterey aquarium and Cannery Row area. We were able to walk to restaurants for dinner. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very cute and clean. My only complaint is that the outside lights shined right inside the room because they only have shutters, not any kind of blackout curtains or shades, so the room never really got dark at night. Luckily, I always travel with an eye mask. Other than that, I thought it was a great place and I would definitely stay here again.

I like the easy check in and check out The floor of pool and hot tub area wan not very clean(a lot of sand and dirt), and people just jumped into it without washing their feet.

Weird experience here. our room had a lot of huge flies in it. At night we went to the office to see if we could switch rooms because they flies were just coming out of no where, and instead of a person there (they list the office is 24 hr) there was a video kiosk with a remote representative. They asked if we could use bug spray - why would we use bug spray over a bed we're going to immediately sleep on? Overall a weird experience at a hotel, cannot really recommend it to be honest. Also, the shower head was broken in the room.

The rooms are spacious and they appear to have been recently renovated. We had a great nice of sleep and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay.

The room was cute and charming and clean. Would have liked to have gotten into the pool, but the hours were too limited for our short stay, especially since we got stuck in commute traffic for two hours coming down from Oakland! Didn't like that we were unable to get good news channels, like KQED, MSNBC, ABC, etc.
