Inn By the Bay Monterey

Huge comfy bed, good pillows, good bedding. The location was good, about a 45 min walk to the aquarium, but through some great food/drink places. The a/c was really good!

Clean Second floor trek was bad

Ice They charged me 90$ for the dog and they were not supposed to. Bathroom shower door would not close. Floors were filthy

Convenient location, Lost to do. The new owner were very nice and accommodating. Would stay here again. The Tv was a little confusing.

The room was a fantastic size, 2 queen beds and plenty room to move around. Beds were super comfortable. Close drive to the wharf, great stay for whale watching.

Bathroom Parking

Large room, very comfortable beds, nice staff, easy parking. Nice to have a coffee machine, but coffee itself not pleasant. Some tea bags would be nice.

We come to carmel at least once a month. This is the first time ww ever stayed at the Inn. As soon as we opened the door to our room it smelled fresh and clean. The bed was super comfortable we slept so well. From now on we will try and stay just here as our own monthly getaway spot. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Good price for the area, clean, good location, friendly staff. Everything was fine though would prefer if the cleaning products had a less strong odor.

Clean room, helpful staff. Good location. Outside of room needed a tidy and sweep as litter present throughout our visit. The litter outside of room and untidyness of patio area.

It was close enough to the aquarium. Customer service was excellent. Place is not what expected. Room was dirty. The floor was really dirty. Bathroom shower slider kept opening.
