Wonderful and reliable place.

Parking under the hotel was great with elevator access and easy to get around i am definetly coming back to this hotel

TV services were not good, no streaming services, no movies! Breakfast was not that good.

Clean room, friendly staff and heated outdoor pool.

Did a 1 night stay as we were just passing through. Property was well kept. The room was clean. Staff was polite. Breakfast was good and pretty basic, but did its job so we didn’t have to go searching for a place to go eat. Overall a good experience and would stay again.

The breakfast only had pork bacon, no alternative for people who don't eat pork. There was no water bottles in the room. So it got thirsty during the night, you had to drink water out of the bathroom. The location of the hotel is cool.If you plan to go to the monterrey aquarium.

A lovely hotel with very spacious rooms. Tasty breakfast was a bonus. Don’t get to use the pool but looked good. In walking distance to all the attractions. Recommended.

Unhelpful front desk staff. Very noisy building; we could hear people talking next door at midnight. Overall, not a great experience. I wouldn’t stay here again.

My neighbors complain that we were too loud and we were just talking in a normal tone. So I don’t know if their walls are paper thin? Just be warned.

Good hotel in a good location. Staff was awesome! Be aware that this hotel does not have air conditioning, though you rarely need it in Monterey. Breakfast was somewhat disappointing. WiFi is an open network. Cell service was non-existent (not the hotels fault!). Hotel was clean and rooms were spacious. Bed, Bedding and towels were great!

Nicely appointed hotel. Counter staff helpful and friendly. The outside pool was nice, but small, and had quite a few leaves floating around. We went in the evening, so maybe it is only cleaned/checked once a day.

The hotel is located within walking distance of the harbour, and about 10 minutes drive from the Cannery. Very central. The breakfast room was rather small, but there is a nice terrace - unfortunately it was a bit cold to use it.
