The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and it was in a great location.

Parking can get complicated if the hotel is all booked up because there is not a ton of parking. Overall good for what I needed it for 3days.

This is a wonderful place. The minute we arrived the staff was really helpful and friendly. This place is quiet and pleasant and within walking distance to everything.

Our room was comfortable and we loved that it was close to dining and shopping. The thing that was disappointing was that our room smelled very musty. It overall we would definitely stay there again and planning on it soon.

This is an old hotel but it was very clean and rooms had been updated. Staff at checkin were very friendly. Hotel was easy walking distance to a variety of restaurants. Not a lot of on site parking available so if you were running late, you might have to park on the street.

Location was great, very close to the Tuesday night Farmers Market on Alvarado St No breakfast, just coffee offered

Very clean great friendly caring staff

The location was excellent. It’s a nice walk to Cannery Row. Underground parking allows for many parking spaces. The staff was very nice.

Over priced

Solid place, actually surprised me in its quality. Bed was comfortable, fridge got super cold, shower had great water pressure. Clean overall! Stairways were also clean. Front desk people on check in and check out were both super nice. My only complaint is that my room had no curtains! It had one of those white doily things, and that's it. Never really felt like I had full privacy since leering eyes could potentially peek in if they really wanted to. I assume that it's because they didn't want curtains falling in front of the AC unit below the window but there has to be a better solution here. Very convenient location and walkable to one of the main streets with lots of food and shop options (though not the aquarium area)

Wonderful.Stay, affordable clean rooms definitely take the trolley's, thanks to the staff didn't have to pay for parking, left. car at the hotel, save money on parking trolleys are free.

Exceptional

Well this property does need some TLC. The staff was great at checkin, room was decent enough. Small compared to other rooms on the price range. AC was a weak link, just didn't keep the room cool enough at night. The bathroom door would not close, without lifting it. Screws loose in hinge. The toilet wasn't secured to the floor. It rocked. The shower doors had about a 1/2 in. gap on the sides. And maybe a 1/4 in. in the middle . Therefore, no matter how hard you tried, water leaked onto the floor. It was conviently located for our needs.
