Little walk to the piers but we did it without much effort. Safe parking area, nice room

It was a comfortable stay! Staff was very friendly and helpful. In the morning while we checked out, the gentleman there brought out fresh coffee for my husband. It was a pleasant stay only 15 away from Carmel By The Sea 💝

The hotel is just fine but the traffic noise that begins at about 5 AM right in front of the hotel makes it very difficult to sleep after 5 AM

& friendly when we checked in, she even gave us a choice as to which floor we want our room at; this place is convenient to restau’s &grocery store, i love the free parking & free ice For our cooler. I will go back and stay here & will recommend to ky friends and family.

The iconic Stevenson was a clean, accessible, yet dated location, with a Chevron gas station nearby. The daytime staff was friendly and approachable; the nighttime staff seemed like they didn't want to be bothered. Parking was adequate, with an underground garage with an elevator and some one-way parking in front. The bed was lousy; my husband and I got two queens for our own comfort but found out that neither of us had comfortable bedding. The air conditioner worked fine. The pool and hot tub looked dingy, so we didn't use the facilities outdoors. We enjoyed Monterey on our first visit, but would look for other accommodations next time. Expedia was misleading about the amount paid for two non-refundable nights, and we found out why.

The room was clean, but the amenities were limited. It is better to book this hotel through Expedia.

Great location , 10 min walk to the seafront. Clean rooms and suprisingly quiet despite bieng on a main road. Staff were very helpfull.

The AC ran very cold, staff was friendly, check in was efficient, frig in room but no microwave, Microwave and water via a water cooler was available in the lobby along with tea and coffee. Coffee also available in room but no tea. Walk way out side of room was slanted away from building which caught us totally off guard, room was on the 3rd floor. Elevator was next to our room and was very quiet. Underground parking has a very low clearance and street level parking is very limited.
