Clean and quiet room

Good central location, plenty of parking and large room. Squeaky beds though and noisy from room above.

The room was clean, but the AC unit didn't work well and the walls were thin (could hear neighbors). Parking was limited, but they offered additional parking across the street. Parking stalls were tight so cars had less space between them than I'm used to. Staff refused to provide a printed receipt at end of stay because they didn't want to actual show rates (Hotel.com vs Best Western)

Good location, clean, affordable and worked with kids.

Price was great, but you get what you pay for. I've never in my life had to sleep on square bed pillows. The shower stall was so narrow, it was almost impossible to wash your feet. Towels were thin and unraveling. We found a long black hair in our bedsheets. Went downstairs for coffee at 7AM but the office was locked and unmanned. Parting was not sweet sorrow!

The room was very clean. Parking at first was very limited, but I found out that there was a secondary parking lot across the street, easy to get to. They had a juice and coffee machine. The coffee machine was okay, drinks were suitable for a quick drink, and it was centrally located near the wharf and some great coffee places nearby. Definitely would come back and stay.

The hotel is old and not exactly up to date. The rooms need remodeling and insulation to quiet the noise between rooms.

Staff friendly. Neighbors above us noisy.

Having maybe more than just coffee and juice in the morning. Donuts, pastries maybe.

The room was clean. The bedding was subpar as were the pillows. The air conditioner was adequate as was the shower pressure. The location was excellent and parking was ample. I was on a business trip and the hotel more than adequately met my needs. I would absolutely recommend the property for a solo traveler. There was no breakfast so if you are traveling on a budget you must calculate the additional expense. I arrived at 11:00pm and checked out at 9:00am so the only things I care about is the cleanliness, bed comfort, shower, and towels. I would choose a different property for a longer stay or with my family yet there truly was nothing alarming about this property.

There are plenty of parking even on the streets. I did arrive very late like 11:30pm. So for those travelers who are deciding to arrive late to the hotel, make sure you call them ahead of time so they can arrange and prepare your room keys for you. Unfortunately the front desk in this hotel is not 24 hours. All in all I would come back here again.

Our bed had hairs on it! Multiple strands of hair. The front office changed our room after complaining but the new “upgraded” room was the only one they had left and even that had hairs on the bed. Not well maintained at all
