Open beam ceilings, off street free parking, working class small family homes/business office neighborhood

I enjoyed my stay at the Munras Inn. The bed was firm and pillows were decent. The location was quiet and a short walk down to downtown Monterey for breakfast. The listing for the Inn is in error - they do not have a continental breakfast, just coffee in the lobby and in the room (neither of which I drink). Parking is slim pickings after 10 at night (I had to park on the street for half the nights I was there), but the street parking is ample and appears very safe. I would consider staying there again.

Big clean rooms. Easy check in. Parking was tight for big cars.

I have stayed at Munras Inn about a dozen times. Easy to get to, great location, quiet, maintained and good sized rooms with fireplace.

I always stay at the Mundas during the MJF. They are very helpful and courteous during all of my last visits.

Liked the gas fireplace in room. Has a timer so you can put on for between 20- 60 minutes as you unwind and turn itself off. It appears to be an older hotel, but the room was clean and quiet. The property was clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable, Showers had plenty of hot water. We would stay there again. The front desk was friendly.

Cozy place for a nice getaway. Nice and functional decor, good bed, clean and tidy.

Front desk was personal and attentive and I have stayed here before is same guy so consistent. Rooms are nicer than expected for the older look of the outside of the buildings,

The staff was great! We had a wedding that started at 3:30 and check—in was at 3:00. They cleaned our room quickly so we could have time to get ready for the wedding.

Our room was spacious, modern, good condition. Locates in a convenient area.

Was very clean, beds were comfortable, easy access.

I like that it was centrally located and close to many main attractions. The hotel seemed old and not updated and was not the luxury I was looking for

Cons- The room was smaller and a little less impressive then shown in the photos. We could not locate an ice machine. The parking is very tight if you have a larger vehicle.

Nice stay. Nice staff. Rooms fine and location was good. Price was fine too.

This was a very comfortable stay. It was cozy and was very clean most importantly. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend
