Propery is listed as a Hotel but it is more like a motel spread out over hills and uneven outdoor terrain mext to a very loud road.

The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was exceptionally good. Unfortunately the eating room was very small. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The only thing I disliked was the parking. To access our room we needed to go down a very, very, very steep narrow ramp. To exit the parking lot required going down a very, very long and again narrow alley way. Otherwise the place was great.

We stayed 2 nights and it was a nice two nights. Heated pool and hot tub after a long day at the beach. It was little loud in the morning but not too bad. Breakfast was great! Located in the middle of the attractions. I will stay again.

I'm kind of a hotel snob. I like things to be 5 star quality on a 3 star budget. I have this hotel an over all excellent rating although it is not a 5 star hotel. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels. It had an adequate breakfast. It's an older place but it has been well maintained. All in all for what it is I gave it an excellent rating. I had to consider that it wasn't new when making my review.

The staff was polite, friendly, helpful. The room was clean and nice. Breakfast was good. Parking wasn't a problem.

Good for one night

Faucet was not working properly, it was reported to the front desk, but it was not fixed. There was also noise from construction at premises.

Parking lot construction made parking difficult. Could smell the tar in the room from all the new asphalt being poured.

Clean room and friendly staff. Location was great for walking and easy drive to downtown Monterey and Pacific Grove.

Sterling was at the desk and was wonderful. Extremely friendly and very attentive. Offered to help us in any way he could. He's doing an amazing job for you guys. Terrific experience.

The night person (man) at the front desk was so rude and very disrespectful. My teenage daughter was asking him a question and he was rude and dismissive. He was not helpful at all. Parking is a problem if you get there late, you’re going to have to park in the street. Breakfast was okay. The cleaning lady was so nice and friendly. Not staying there again though.

Clean room,comfy beds, and fast problem resolution with clogged toilet.

Everything awesome except not enough towels. I called them and took care of it right away.

Parking it’s a little cramped but over all one of the cleanest and most convenient hotels around the area.

Everything felt really clean. Their breakfast was better than I expected! They had a great variety and everything was so delicious.

She was helpful and patient.We had gotten there very late because we had got stuck in traffic.And she went out of her way to make sure that we were be comfortable and get some good rest.The breakfast was amazing.There was plenty of food.It was very delicious. The rooms were clean and spacious and the beds and pillows clean and so comfortable definitely recommend this place

Great location. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Breakfast in the morning was a nice surprise. Food was great. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel staff allowed me check-in early. Room is very clean and spacious, bed is really comfortable. Good viewing and good restrauant nearby. Ample parking and good breakfast provide for the whole family.
