Extended Stay Studios

First of all, the office isn't clearly marked from the entrance. When I got to my room, there were 6 bullet holes in the door, they had been patched, and the door frame had some signs of being kicked in. There was no coffee pot, only 3 pillows on the bed, roaches in the bathroom, no maid services, they washed our towels and we had to go back to the front desk to retrieve them ourselves. There were absolutely NO amenities and the pool didn't even have water in it! Low to no income area, we could see homeless people living in the street from our room. Please don't book here.

Horrific place to stay, saw a drug deal go down, have photos of thos place that should be condemned and torn down. Staff was horrible and late to open. Place is a crap hole

I didn't stay in the room I canceled it ask for a refund your work said ya'll was take 239 dollars of my money i will not use book for shit si.e crooks It was bad try to get my money back and the room you had book for me had rats and buds

Cleaned and decent room. Didn’t like the area near by seems sketchy and scary specially for a female solo traveler. Staff were friendly and nice. I would booked it again for a budget stay/good deal.

The security was great. This is a very basic hoyrl, but I a man traveling solo, so I did not expect much. It had what I needed.

Only issue

I booked this stay based on the chain name and familiarity and stays primarily in Houston. Upon arriving after an 11 hr drive, the office was closed and we received our keys from a man parked at the entrance of the motel. Flag #1. We go to the room and all the doors look like they have been beaten and heavily dented. Flag #2. Entering the room and putting my purses on the desk, a roach casually walked across it. Flag #3. It was about 1 am at that point and we were too tired to drive around looking for another hotel. The floor sagged going towards the bathroom. The bathroom. Yah. I guess it was clean as possible. Towels have been used past their lifetime. Headboard heavily stained. Flags 4-10. We slept for a few hours promptly at 8 after going to the office to ask for a refund. Denied.

Dudes was outside with guns all night . prostitutes and pimps fighting all night long. Hotel was disgusting!!!!! Definitely wouldn’t recommend not even to my enemy. Everything

Staff was rude and unhelpful. Room was clean and ok. A bit sketchy at night for a solo traveler. I would not stay here again.
