The customer service was amazing. Everyone spoke pleasantly, from the front desk staff to the maids. I felt welcomed and appreciated. The building was a little run-down. It is being kept up beautifully, but it is worn. Some maintenance needs to be done.

Free access to the property from one “card key controlled” door that we know of. Security could be improved. No housekeeping for the five days that we were there. Pool area should be cleaned daily when pool is open. Breakfast was EXCELLENT! Amazing front desk staff!!!

I like that I had a Wednesday night social meeting With food and drinks. And breakfast was also good. Unfortunately, we had a fight with a big 2 inch cockroach in our room. My wife got hurt, trying to catch and kill it. We reported it the next day to the front counter, but they didn’t seem too concerned about it.

The room layout was awesome. The breakfast was awesome. I gave a four star rating to maintenance only because there was a wet carpet area due to an air conditioner leak but was unnoticeable unless you walked barefoot on it. We were pleased to be able to notify the front desk so they could handle it after we checked out and avoid a mold problem.

The carpet in my room was wet. There were no more available rooms. The room had a strong odor. The maintenance team brought in a floor blower. I had to sleep through the sound of the blower. The team was great and did what they could to assist but the experience was less than desirable.

The breakfast was just okay. I think the hotel could offer more food options and a better variety. Overall, it was average. The hotel itself is comfortable, and the location is convenient. However, the rooms are very outdated, especially the bathrooms. The bathroom, bathtub, closet, and furniture all looked old and worn, with visible stains and rust. Everything was clean, but the overall condition was very unpleasant to look at and definitely needs to be updated. Also, the sheets on the sofa bed were not clean. When we used the sofa, we found hair on the sheets, which was very unpleasant and honestly quite disgusting. Overall, the room and especially the bathroom left a lot to be desired.

Every staff member we encountered was very helpful and friendly. We did experience a few maintenance issues during our stay. However, those were taken care of within a timely fashion. (TV and two of the three sinks needed repairs.) The TV was addressed immediately. The sinks did not impact our comfortable sleep and were dealt with while we were out the following day. The first morning we had a great, full, hot breakfast. However, day two, the staff member that was supposed to run the breakfast didn't call or come in. This left the staff trying to get a minimal breakfast and try to run check in/out at the same time. Being beyond their control, we think they did a pretty good job of making everything run smoothly and with a smile. Thank you to the staff members that went above and beyond to make our stay great, in spite of the extras.

The fourth room was a charm. We checked in and got our room, when we went inside we were pleased until we found out the A/C didn’t work. Went back to desk and got another room, we were on first floor new room was on 3rd floor. Opened door and the smell hit us and there was a large carpet fan trying to dry bedroom area carpet. Husband called front desk and then went back. Came back with another key to a room a few doors down with dirty sheets in front of the door(at least I knew they were changed) open the door and a small carpet fan was drying the carpet by the sofa and the sofa was pretty worn in this one. I went to get a towel to put on the sofa to sit on it and all the towels were pretty damp, definitely not dry. Keep in mind that I am in town for a knee replacement the next day. So…. Got another room back down on the first floor and it was an upgrade. This room was good. Everything worked and was clean. It was a journey but we got there. I hate writing this stuff but it was a hassle for me to walk around trying to get a room. Front desk was nice and did everything they could. I believe there must be a communication problem with maintenance.

The room was very clean and spacious. The grounds were neat and in order. Had a pleasant atmosphere. The staff was top notch and the breakfast was the best we have had at a hotel! Good quality and variety of items, both hot and cold. The waffle bar with toppings was awesome! Would definitely stay here again if we are back in the Montgomery area!

Arrived later than usual the staff was great and helped with all the processes.

Location was great, staff was very friendly and helpful, parking was free and we were able to get a handicap place right near the door. However, we had 2 towels 2 hand towels in the 2 bedroom suite, they were aware that we had 4 adults. The staff gladly gave us the towels we needed but I’ve never stayed anywhere were there wasn’t towels in the room. Breakfast was delicious and again the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

Location was convenient Everything was filthy, everywhere. Our room had stuff everywhere; the carpet was filthy and the bathroom was not cleaned.
