Great staff and food. The laundry machines were outdated and clunky.

The room was very clean, comfy and quiet. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was absolutely one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel, great location.

One feature we especially appreciated was the guest laundry, which was incredibly valuable during our road trip.

The service was absolutely excellent from the beginning of the stay to the end. The breakfast area was very elegant, the food was delicious. The locations of the area was very accessible to stores and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come again. I will rate it a 10 out of 10!

This is a one star hotel at best… why is it listed as three stars??? Our room was filthy… excrement on the toilet seat was just the beginning. Hardly anyone working there… if you need anything you’ll have to run someone down yourself. Just a terrible experience.

Room had a broken shade with holes in it. I reported to front desk. Staff was helpful by giving me a room discount. Also laminated edge on bedside table was becoming unglued.

In general!

However...our room did not have a blackout curtain. The staff came up and helped us to clamp together the side drapes to block the light so we could sleep. The toilet roll holder came apart when I tried to draw paper from the roll, and the bathtub drain appeared to have been twisted from its mount. It was sitting on the edge of the tub. Overall, a lovely place to stay that could be a great deal better with effective maintenance. Unfortunately, too many hotels along our interstates suffer from these types of neglect.
