Red Roof Inn Montgomery - Midtown

Soap dispensers were empty, bathroom door did not shut, ice dispenser wasn’t hooked up and just sitting in the middle of the hall dirty.

There were a lot to f roaches.

Cockroaches everywhere and location is really bad! We couldn't stay and canceled our reservation. Never again!

Room could have been cleaner. Burnt holes in blsnket snd sheet.

Manger was very nasty and rude The manager was nasty and rude

The receptionist was rude didn’t even respond when I said hi,…. Terrible location dirty outside the room was ok except for the beds they were hard as a rock

Towels not as clean as we'd have liked. Location is not wonderful.

The desk clerk was helpful. The room was terrible! All the way around. Now I know.

The non smoking room smelled so much cigarettes that my eyes burned and I had trouble sleeping through the night. Most of the room was clean except the bathroom toilet has cigarette ashes on the toilet lid. Residents were standing all out on the balcony. Was not the best experience. The check in out process was good and the hotel is located near nice eateries.

Nothing room was more for drug addicts beds and towels was clean but dirty from sheets cigarettes burns. Seen roaches and dried up bedbugs by the sink area. Definitely would not recommend or stay every again This room should be a last resort room. It’s disgusting

It was old and dirty and full of prints everywhere. It stink as well.

Clean very nice well kept

This place was DISGUSTING! I’ve stayed in many red roofs and never in my life have I seen some mess like this. Several roaches crawling time you walk in the door! Roach traps by the fridge! Soap scum all in the shower. I live in a red roof for a year. Just because it’s cheap doesn’t mean don’t clean it.
