The desk clerk was helpful. The room was terrible! All the way around. Now I know.

The non smoking room smelled so much cigarettes that my eyes burned and I had trouble sleeping through the night. Most of the room was clean except the bathroom toilet has cigarette ashes on the toilet lid. Residents were standing all out on the balcony. Was not the best experience. The check in out process was good and the hotel is located near nice eateries.

This place was DISGUSTING! I’ve stayed in many red roofs and never in my life have I seen some mess like this. Several roaches crawling time you walk in the door! Roach traps by the fridge! Soap scum all in the shower. I live in a red roof for a year. Just because it’s cheap doesn’t mean don’t clean it.

Man at front desk was kind and helpful It was dirty and overall seemed unsafe the lock on the door had been replaced multiple times and a random grocery bag fell out of the bedding and there was a pair of socks stuffed under the AC

My white socks were literally black from the floor and only walked on it for less than 10 minutes. Much of the ceiling texture was peeled off from water damage. The A/C unit didn’t work properly. If I would have needed heat, it only had a very small space heater. It was to be non smoking, and wreaked with smoke smell. The blankets had holes from cigarette burns. There was no hot water for a morning shower. The room was absolutely disgusting. I’m not a “review” person, but this warrants negative stars. While checking in, the lobby had no A/C, and I was sweltering. The A/C was only on behind the counter-to-ceiling plexiglass that the we’re in. Place was just pathetic.

The price The bed was like sleeping on concrete. The room didnt have any towels or wash cloths no toiletry items. When asked if we can get some they were charging 5 dollars for a small travel size of each and towels were 10 dollars a piece...

Being lied too by the front desk PREDATORY PRACTICES PREDATORY PRACTICES I had a reservation that that claimed was cancelled which booking.com confirmed it was not cancelled. They tried to get EXTRA money out of me
