stayAPT Suites Montgomery

This hotel needs a better cleaning staff. Upon entering our room, the floor was very wet which made me use a paper towel to dry some of it so I wouldn't slip and fall. However the paper towel was dirty after I did so which meant the freshly mopped floor was NOT clean. In addition, the base of the toilet had urine on it . I immediately went down to the front desk and spoke w Nikki who said she would take care of it. When we returned from grabbing food, she had personally re-cleanned our room. That evening I had to request all new pillow cases bc they were slightly damp and smelled like mildew. I attributed this to the 95 degree temp outside and cold air conditioning inside. Nikki got me fresh pillow cases immediately. The next day we were gone all day and immediately went to bed upon our return. My husband awoke at 4am to see a roach crawling down the flat screen TV which was illuminated by the parking lot light. I can deal with many things but roaches are not one of them. We immediately started searching for a new hotel and checked out at 8am the next morning at which time Nikki apogized profusely. Thank you Nikki!

The ladies at the front desk were helpful, friendly. The rooms were clean.

I have stayed here 3 times now. This has become the new place for family to stay at when coming to Montgomery. Everything is always excellent! Highly recommend!

Good location near shopping and restaurants. Room was spacious with kitchenette and sitting area with sofa sleeper

This place is amazing! Its like a mini one bed room apartment and it even comes with plates, utensils and basic cookware! The bed is comfortable and the bathroom clean! Perfect place to stay, and it requires a key card to gain entry to the main rooms so you're always well protected!

Our stay was excellent. There was a bug problem in the suite but the concern was handled in the best way possible.

The room wasn’t clean a lot of dust. The sink wasn’t clean. On the 3rd day we began to see bugs in the window seal. We weren’t able to get clean towels or toilet tissue. After a certain time I believe 6pm no one is at the front desk. The lights were no working the tub was stopped up. Just awful

The access via a mailbox was a little off-putting, but the night manager was right there to help. Not sure

The floors were a bit dirty and I saw a roach. The lady at the desk was friendly and addressed the issue. Didn't see another insect after that. This is my second time staying here I didn't have an issue the first time. I would continue to stay there when I am in Montgomery , AL.

THE AFTER HOURS EMPLOYEE WAS RUDE WHEN ASKED WHERE THE ELEVATOR WAS LOCATED- SHE REMARKED YOU SHOULD FOLLOW THE SIGN, THE CHAIR IN THE LIVING ROOM AREA HAD MULTIPLE STAINS, FLOOR WAS STICKY
