The room wasn’t clean a lot of dust. The sink wasn’t clean. On the 3rd day we began to see bugs in the window seal. We weren’t able to get clean towels or toilet tissue. After a certain time I believe 6pm no one is at the front desk. The lights were no working the tub was stopped up. Just awful

The check-in staff and cleanliness. At night in the courtyard outside my door- people pulled up a table at my door due to rain/ area was covered- and were SO LOUD!!! I had to get up at 5:00 am the next day- not the best sleep due to the “party situation.” Otherwise the site was super

The floors were a bit dirty and I saw a roach. The lady at the desk was friendly and addressed the issue. Didn't see another insect after that. This is my second time staying here I didn't have an issue the first time. I would continue to stay there when I am in Montgomery , AL.

LOCATION THE AFTER HOURS EMPLOYEE WAS RUDE WHEN ASKED WHERE THE ELEVATOR WAS LOCATED- SHE REMARKED YOU SHOULD FOLLOW THE SIGN, THE CHAIR IN THE LIVING ROOM AREA HAD MULTIPLE STAINS, FLOOR WAS STICKY

The beds were extremely comfortable and it was great having a working kitchen. There was nothing that I didn’t like about the property. I feel very safe there.

I didn't like the fact that there is no full-time staff. Very noisy exhaust fan in the bathroom that comes on even if you only need the light.
