Everyone and everything was amazing

It is clean but the lobby looks tired with worn pillows, and the walls are so dark and even worse on the top floors where the rooms are. Way to dark. Also, the upper floors smell like dogs. They do allow dogs but there needs to be some air freshener built into the different floors. They have one little foster dog they keep in the lobby for like two weeks at a time. Guests can take it for walks, etc. but I have mixed feelings about only one being there. He was precious though. Rooms are small and no more than two people can fit comfortably. We had left over body lotion and something else in our shower, so I was not sure it was meant to be there or that the shower was not cleaned after the last guests and those products removed. You have to pay $2 to park each night and I don't really understand why but you do. The hotel is in a good area with restaurants. The women staff were very nice; there is a man that works at the desk and he was not. Don't know what his problem was but he was not welcoming. The man that cleaned the rooms was kind. We did not eat there so I can't comment on the food or the bar. It just needs a good refresh.

Staff was super helpful

Bar didn’t open on time. Room was not clean. Seems to be mold or something left on the wall and ceiling of our room. Beds didn’t seem to be as clean as well. There was hair left on the comforter.

Excellent property. They have a fabulous scheme to help dogs be adopted from a local shelter, which massively added to my stay.

Loved the location, just off highway, easy access to shopping and food.

I had an amazing stay.The bed is soo comfortable, room was clean, and I will definitely be staying there again.

Love that they support dog adoptions. Don’t waste money on breakfast as it’s pre-made microwaved. Food at the bar was surprisingly good.

Very comfortable beds and a great stopping point on a road trip. The adoptable dogs are a great addition!

Stayed here many times, they never disappoint

While staying at the loft is always nice and the rooms are great, 303 had a strange smell, we bought a candle to mask it. Also New pillows would be nice, those were so flat.

We loved the stay the staff was incredible. We LOVED that they had a foster dog program and ended up adopting the sweetest puppy while on vacation. We will be back for sure! They hotel offers guests room visits and walks with the foster dog and it was an amazing experience. nothing

King size bed smaller than standard size(smaller than expected) electrical problems entire stay, light flickering on & off. During our entire stay, no came to clean our room or offer clean linen / towels or was just cloths

Very low water pressure in sink. Bathroom has no door in shower area. No privacy except in the toilet. Lighting was poor. Room was clean . Breakfast is not included, you pay of anything you want.

In the room. There was dog poop residue on the floor of our room. We got to the hotel late, so we didn’t notice till the morning . I will not be repeat customer.
