Everything was wonderful from the staff to the room. Very clean

The toilet broke and had to flush by hand. Then in the middle of the night there were kids running up and down the hallway knocking on doors

The downside… the ey dongle private events. If they are having a party with a DJ, you can hear the music (loudly) in your room. Our room was above the event/conference room. I’d suggest you ask to be on the other side of the conference room. They did offer to move our room and we went ahead and packed everything up and moved (even though it was our last night just so we would be able to sleep. Even though we moved rooms, we were able to still hear the music. But at least it wasn’t as loud as the original room. Also the pool was closed for or entire stay. So that was definitely disappointing for my children and us as we were kind of just stuck in the room when we weren’t out and about exploring the area. We had planned a day to just hang out the hotel one our days and take avoid the pool, so it was a pretty disappointing day. Upside. The rooms are big and have plenty of space if you are traveling with your family. Breakfast was decent.
