shower door opened into the bathroom and dripped all over the floor

Lady at the front desk was awesome. She had an excellent sense of humor. Every question was answered professionally. Ample parking. Large rooms for bigger such as myself. We had a very enjoyable night.

My only suggestion would be to extend the weekday breakfast hours. Offering breakfast until 11:00 AM instead of 9:00 AM would make the experience even better.

I like the location. I travel on business monthly to the Mooresville area 2 mornings breakfast was not avail at 6. I actually waited 2 mornings until 6:10 but had to leave to get to my business. Also a/c unit was making loud noise in my room. Sink did not drain properly ( hotel did take care of that)

I miss the small bars of soap. All Tru has is hand soap in a container attached to the wall. Fine for hands but not my face. The shower has only shower gel so not for certain parts of the body. Staff refused to give us water even though I’m a HH member.

The staff was real friendly, the room and properly were clean, and it was great having a pool table in the lobby!

They don't clean room every day, but don't tell you that. Even when asked if our room was going to be cleaned on our 2nd day, assured twice it was by 2 different people, it was not. No microwave in the room. Area around breakfast food was filthy.
