The shower didn't work well at all. Just hot water and just a trickle

The stay was great The only problem we had was the storm that threw out the elevators and the hot water. Thank goodness we were only on the 2nd floor. The first night was not good but they got it working the second night. The staff was were nice. The breakfast was a delight. And the room was comfortable.

Not be hindered by the renovation when I made my reservation. I even paid more to not be in the renovation area and I was told that they did not have a room on that floor upon arrival. I was put on the second floor. Carpet had sticky spot that my foot stuck to and shower rod had been broken previously so the curtain would not stay closed while I showered. Otherwise it was an acceptable room.

Overall it was a good stay. Originally they had me on the second floor right under the construction that’s going on at the property. The lady at the desk was very kind and helpful. She promptly moved me to the fourth floor. Above the constructions, so as I would not hear it. Room was gorgeous and very clean.
