Our rooms were clean and nice. The trouble was with the third party booking, it took us forever to get checked in. Then we booked for the indoor pool and hot tub, hot tub wasn’t working. Overall not too bad.

Great stay in a clean room at a clean property. The breakfast was good too. The only disappointment was we went for the hot tub; however it wasn’t working, but they were waiting on a part to get it fixed.

Hotel and room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good. Only issue we had was no hot water. We had to take room temperature showers and it was cold out. We only stayed one night so we endured. Told staff at check out and they seemed very aware of the issue. Get that fixed Holiday Inn!

Very loud sometimes. Next door and across the hall rooms, adults were shouting and kids were screaming. Anybody raising their voices could be heard clearly.
