Attendant in the morning when checking out was so lost in his phone he couldn’t hear me or see me until I raised my voice.

Great stay. I would stay again.

Position only There was a smell in the room. The sink was clogged. The dryer wasn’t working. The food was terrible.

The room was clean. The staff was very friendly-changed our room when we realized it was upstairs and there was no elevator This is not up to par with Clarion Hotels. All entrances are outside doors - no inside rooms, like a hotel. Very old facilities - needs new floor and new new bathroom

My sister and I stayed for a funeral for our nephew. We are both women in our early 20s. I was not told anything about breakfast being included upon checking though it was listed to be included. They told me I could purchase food from the restaurant. The lounge and pool are great, the room was clean. We did have a super rude man, I didn’t get his name. Our room keys deactivated as we were at the pool so we went to the lobby to get keys(still in our swimsuits as our clothes were locked in our room). I didn’t even get to ask for a key before a rude bald man with a mustache told us immediately and firmly we had to exit the lobby immediately and could not be “dressed like that” in the lobby. I tried to explain we just needed our room keys fixed, and he cut me off mid sentence and told us to wait outside for him to bring them to us. We did get the keys and it was fine after that but I will not be returning. He was extremely rude and I feel like it was very disrespectful as we were prepaid guests and needed a simple fix, not to be berated by an old man in front of other guests and restaurant customers about our swimming attire, when we were unable to retrieve our clothing from our room since we needed our keys fixed.

It's hard to carry your luggage all the way up with kids. Room we're really small. Breakfast was good.

The room was clean, however the door stuck and was hard to open and shut. When I booked the room it was advertised as breakfast included. After much discussion and showing the staff that the booking showed breakfast included, I was given one voucher for each day. Even though there were two of us, I was told I could only get one complimentary breakfast because I booked a single room. I booked one room with a king bed for my husband and myself. I don't know what would have had to do to book a room that wasn't considered a single room??? I probably won't stay there again.

Very satisfactory rooms

The room was in excellent condition. My concerns was with the hostess in the restaurant. She was very unprofessional. She made me felt like I was the problem when I walked in. No greeting no smile just straight attitude. The breakfast was cold and nasty. I was there to eat breakfast at. Little bit after 6 am and it was cold. The grits was hard and cold the eggs was old looking and cold and the bacon was fries right but cold. The deposit on these rooms are 150$ on top of what you’re paying for the room. That’s extremely to high for a deposit on a room where you have to be treated as if you’re in prison. That’s the reason a lot of people like to take their food to their rooms because of the staff that’s in there.

Just about everything was great Went to breakfast with my Husband and was told only one of us could eat! Didn’t understand that

Excellent location and great service

In house restaurant and bar No cable TV. $150 deposit. Roku only TV is a big hassle

After driving 12 hours hotel wanted a card and $150 deposit, which is not mentioned, hotel clerk did not get a supervisor when asked, and could not get me a phone number to call the online booking that I had gone thru

Close to restaurants

I was very appreciative of how clean my room was. The amenities were great. There was definitely a smell in my room that was clearly trying to be masked by a deodorizing spray. I think more effort could be put into keeping smoking (or previously smoking) rooms separated or deodorized.
