Pictures of this place on the outside must be very old, not a place for a family to stay. Room smelled strong of mold and mildew, mold on the wall in the bathroom, construction going on around the building, the pool had algae covering the bottom. I could go on but I ultimately decided we could not stay there and the staff was helpful and got me a refund so we could go elsewhere.

Well the experience I’ve had at the hotel with the money I’ve spent is very ridiculous. The staff is very rude and unhelpful. You tell them your concerns and they handle stuff very unprofessional. It’s always something wrong with the rooms and when you write a review like I’m doing right now they want to get an attitude behind their mistakes. I’m a very honest person and very easy to please but they make things complicated and about them. Every room I’ve been in had problems with the toilet not flushing properly. The tub in the last room I was in I was told twice that it was fixed and everytime I take a shower it’s like I’m drawing water for a bath cause it didn’t drain properly. When you bring your concerns to the staff they have attitude. The rooms always have a bad smell to them I’ve had dirty linens on my beds and the refrigerator in my last stay was dirty and smelled along with the microwaves. They do not clean them at all. I’ve spent a lot of money at this hotel to be treated like this. I even had a staff member come knock on my door and ask me why I gave her three stars. And telling me what I could’ve done. I told her my concerns and told her I never give a good review she had the nerves to ask me why I keep coming back and I strictly told her because it was affordable to me but besides the point I’m spending my money I still should be comfortable. Very unprofessional and rude.

Not a good experience!

I’ve been staying here a lot lately so as I stay it tends to get a little bit better. Just need to tighten up on a few things and it would be a excellent choice hotel to stay at.

Nothing changed.. they still don’t care about your concerns and the maintenance man needs to find him another profession. Sorry not sorry

The problem I had with this last stay was the tub was stopped up couldn’t shower right with the water building up in tub. They sent a maintenance person he lied and said he fixed the problem. I showed a picture to the lady at the desk she acted unconcerned. The electricity went out in my room I mentioned that to her she acted unconcerned about that. The cable stations suck no one wants to watch the news all the time. Now my check in clerk was amazingly great and very concerned but the one that checked me out needs more practice on how to treat people and show concern. It also had a lot of noise in the parking lot which made it hard to relax and it was their people they had doing remodeling.

Good hotel for me with nice staff

Did not use the pool. Bed comfortable, room nice and quiet. Hair dryer didn't work, WiFi was reasonable. Staff very pleasant and friendly.

Lack of Hot water during shower.

tv worked outside presentation smells not clean and greeted with a moldy bathroom in our first room

Pool needed to be cleaned but I still enjoy my stay
