Courtyard by Marriott San Jose South/Morgan Hill

No bath towels in my room, asked twice for it. Both times it was still drying. Not kid friendly, there was a sports tournament with lots of kids. Staff was complaining of kids walking around

Check in and check out was easy and fast. Location was clean which is my biggest box checked.

location rooms were small, check in took a long time. waiting in line for 20 min with only one staff member checking people in. they did let me check in early which i appreciated but then they apparently didn’t take down the room they assigned me to so at 9pm that night after my kids had gone to sleep they sent multiple people to our room assigning them to the room. i sent my husband out to talk with the front and confirm the room we were in but the next day they still said they didn’t know we were in that room and were assigned to a different room. i again asked them to update it and they said they did. i also asked if i could have an extra hour for check out and they agreed to it but not suprisingly my keys were turned off at the normal check out time so i had to go to the front desk again. low and behold they still didn’t have us assigned to the correct room. recieving my receipt showed we were assigned to a different room as well. i have never stayed somewhere so disorganized. i will never stay there again. i tried calling the front desk multiple times and it would just ring and ring no one ever answered and my phone in the room didn’t work either. whoever is running this hotel needs to come in and work their local leadership it was a mess.

This place is a nice place to stay. I stay here when I can’t stay at the Hampton when I’m in Morgan Hill. It’s a very clean convenient place close to food and where my mom is staying. We always get a room with a balcony so we can get fresh air. The rooms are clean you can watch your shows on the TV so overall pretty nice.

Room was clean. Staff were very nice. Loved that they had a Starbucks in the lobby and so many restaurants and stores around the hotel. The Innout just outside the hotel was a wonderful surprise.

Best staff, great Cafe/Bar service - only complaint were the hallway carpets could stand to be replaced plus the elevator feels ancient & slowest door ever

The bed was very comfortable, but some of the pillows had a sticky smell.

We have stayed here multiple times for various events. The hotel staff is always friendly. The hotel is quiet, clean, and the bed are comfortable. I only wish the mirror over the sink had a better lighting but other than that, it's a nice hotel.

Very clean, super helpful staff The cafe should stay open longer, we had to go get breakfast outside because it closed at 10am on a holiday weekend.
