The only good thing is the location. It is close to the freeway. Plenty to eat around the hotel. The bed was so uncomfortable. Room and furniture is old, dingy and outdated. Paint peeling all over. Tile was broken. You must ask for utensils, shampoo, anything extra from the front desk. Room is completely bare except for one bar of soap. The "breakfast" was some cheap oatmeal. There were no pastries or fruit like the receptionist told us at check in. The sink drain, drained so SLOW. Water pressure in shower was good. Pay a few more dollars and stay somewhere else. Worst stay ever.

It was run down, kitchen has no utensils considering it has one there. Beds are uncomfortable

I was charged for a room that I never received because they were out if rooms!!! Where the heck is my refund?!?!?!?

Last minute booking and it wasn’t worth the price they charge for a room.

Is place is run down. Their ice machine was broken. The bathroom door in our room didn't close, like it wouldn't latch at all. Good luck taking a poo if you're bunking with someone else. The fan in the bathroom was so loud and annoying so if you had to potty in the middle of the night you were fumbling around in the dark. The last thing was their Continental breakfast. ALL BAD. I got oatmeal. That's it.

Rolling chairs are very dangerous on the slippery floors I am well aware to be careful with this type of chair & still I had a near accident If I wasn’t taking balance & stretch & strength classes I would more than likely have fallen U may consider replacing that type of chair

Nothing. It was the only available hotel The location is creepy. They have no cameras outside. Beds feel flimsy. Tv doesn’t work.

Nothing When we arrived, they could not find our reservation. Even after connecting with support from Booking, the hotel would not honor our reservation because “they could not find it.” The front desk employee was unhelpful and incompetent. When we finally got a room (through the property reservation system itself) they charged us double because we got their after 11pm. The room reeked of cigarettes and we had to request another room.

The location was very convenient to where we needed to be in the city. Everything was clean. The beds were fairly basic but comfortable. Staff was kind. Everything is very basic. No toiletries in the room (although you could ask for shampoo at the office), no hair dryer. The breakfast was just oatmeal packets, granola bars and muffins. I thought it very odd that every adult traveling with us (4) had to present their IDs upon checkin.
