The only good thing was breakfast. The pool was not heated as advertised. The shower head leaks like crazy while taking a shower. No extra bedding or pillow for the pull out chair. The gentleman who checked us in was very accommodating. He gave us a room close to the elevator so we didnt have to walk as far. I dont think I will be coming back here. Definitely wasnt worth the almost 200.00 per night.

Have stayed there before and the staff are so friendly AND remembered us!! It needs a few more tables in the breakfast area...although most people are considerate and don't just sit there when they are done!

Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly when available. The room had issues. The shower head sprayed water everywhere. The AC smelled musty. There were stains around the room. The remote was very confusing to use.

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. The rooms were OK (not super dated but not refreshed either: scratched furniture, ceiling all patched up in different colors, ect), but not dirty. Checking out the front desk lady refused to print a receipt or give any information saying, “You booked through a third party, get all the information from them”. That was the first time of all the hotels booked through Expedia. Weird hostility. We left knowing we’ll have to communicate through Expedia if any questions. Sad.

Very nice design, interior courtyard and hallways overlooking it. Breakfast was decent especially the cinnamon rolls. Not sure why it cost more for a king bed room then two queen beds, seems like more work for the maids to change two beds.
