This is our 3rd visit to this hotel. It's a good, consistent experience and the staff is always friendly and helpful. We will keep coming back.

Spacious room, but the lighting in the room and bathroom is very dim. Breakfast included but poorly stocked and poor quality.

Nice big rooms but generally outdated facilities. Staff friendly when around, but can be hard to track down. Overall, not good value for $. Would not recommend.

When we checked in, the elevator was broken and we were on the top floor, and no concessions were offered.

My son laid on the couch in our room for less than 10 minutes and we have been dealing with significant red bites/welts on his neck, cheeks, ears, and legs. 5 days later and we are now seeking medical treatment. Front desk offered a pck of ointment and no other remedy.

No hello, no smile just rude as if I was annoying her. Ohh that made me mad. After that there was no one at the front desk, ever. The front door locks early and you have to ring the bell. Breakfast was good and our room was nice. Pretty nice area

I have a broken toe and a back injury. Elevator was not working and they put me on the second floor and I asked if they would be able to carry my suitcase up and they said no problem. I waited and they ended up not helping. Staff looked at me like they had no idea what I was talking about.
