Great deal. It looked like curtains were missing some hangers. Also, it looked like a piece had been cut out of the top of the desk.

Great location. I enjoyed the breakfast. I found stains on the bed sheets….Also, the vending machine was only accepting exact change and the front desk person did no ot have change for me. Then the vending machine did not work when I tried to use my debit card.

The location . The price. Lack of pool. The continental breakfast was a joke. The key cards that got demagnetized and needed to be replaced twice a day. The pillows were crappy, and a room that has 2 beds —even a sofa bed—should have 4 pillows. We only had two. The staff could only give us one. My daughter had to sleep on a gross sofa cushion. And the sofa bed was so uncomfortable, we had to borrow a travel mattress from a nearby relative.

The only good thing about this hotel in my experience is the front desk man , he was friendly . The place is not clean, old and with bad smell, the small fridge didn’t work, the A/C was bad , we tried to call the front desk after we went to the room but the phone didn’t work!! The shower is not good either . We were very tired and went to sleep .

I checked in ahead online..when I got there, I had to do it all again. Then, at 8 am the clock alarm next door came on until 9 am ( happened again the next morning )The second night the person on the floor above was walking around loudly from midnight to 5 am. I was told later that I should have called the desk and they would have handled it. The only problem was my room didn't have a phone!!! The management didn't even know which room I was in. I lost a lot of sleep on this stay....

Easy check in even let me check in early that was a big plus and it was conveniently right across from where my daughter soccer tournament was lot of families was there I don’t know who the staff guy was on that night but he had some people in the lobby area enjoying themselves they where a lil loud but he handled it well great job

When I arrived at the hotel the front desk told me they did not have a reservation for me. I showed them my confirmation email and they insisted they did not have a room for me.

Helpful staff. My room's proximity to the freeway did not allow for a peaceful night's sleep. Too noisy!
