Overall, I do not feel that the experience was worth the price. Given the occasion and the amount charged, I expected a much higher level of service and quality. Unfortunately, I feel the hotel takes advantage of guests during special occasions by charging premium prices without providing the level of service that should come with them.

Convenient for road tripping Doors lock after a certain and make it hard to check in late and staff kept ignoring me when ringing doorbell to try and check in when I called in an hour before my arrival and staff told me it was perfectly fine for me to check in at the time I was arriving

The friendly front desk. The gentlemen who checked me in was awesome. Unfortunately I can't remember his name. Everything was good.

Great for what we needed. Plus night amd morning staff were both very helpful and professional. Thank you Comfort Inn for making my families trip nice and smooth.

The breakfast was good. The usual: scrambled eggs and sausage, waffle maker, dry cereal, hard boiled eggs, tiny muffins, etc. The bed was very comfortable. Could use a few more pillows though. Everything else was good. Great location close to my daughter's house. More pillows please. Only had two super small pillows. Extra blanket in room would have been nice.
