Everything hotel was full of roaches, room was not clean. I checked at 3pm had to wait until 5pm because the room was not ready.

Jacuzzi wasn't working Long black hair in the bath tub Stains on the floor all thru the room and hall The whole place either smelled like marijuana or cigarettes or incense.

The property is okay, but it’s neglected; the interior paintwork is in very bad shape, and the bathtub was dirty—meaning it isn't being maintained. It doesn't look like the photos shown on the hotel's listing.

Where do I start. I rented this room for my daughter-in-law and my three granddaughters who were in the area for a visit. The online pictures made this place appear clean and secure. Unfortunately, I was not present during the check in and my daughter in law didn’t feel like her complaints would be addressed as the person at the front desk was rude and dismissive. Had I been aware I would have requested a refund. She was disappointed that the hotel did not look like the online pictures. There were multiple doors down the hallway that had wires protruding the electronic locks, which made it really difficult to get into the room. Once she got to the room she noticed that the AC unit was as old and didn’t work. They had to sleep with the windows open which was a problem as there were rats and drug use in the parking lot. While, I understand that Expedia can’t monitor every hotel on their website, I would at least expect them to update the pictures so that the buyer can beware. Will never rent here again.

Terrible experience, completely disappointed. The hotel is in an excellent location, but the facilities are extremely run-down, dirty, and outdated. The rooms leave a lot to be desired, and the state of the bathrooms is unacceptable. The situation was so unpleasant that my wife and I went out to look for another hotel in the area to move to, fully prepared to lose the money from our reservation. Unfortunately, everything was fully booked, so we had no choice but to spend the night here. We do not recommend it at all.

We had insects in the room, it wasn’t cleaned because cockroaches were dead and alive. It was a horrible experience for my kids and I. Thank God we only had a few hours there and too tired to move.

There were only 2 things that were kind of a letdown. On the weekend, they had a larger breakfast, with eggs & sausage. But it was reduced to waffles and toast on weekdays. The other thing, the pool & hot tub were out of order, not really their fault, if a thing is broke, can't use til it's fixed, right? I really couldve put the hot tub to use though.

DO NOT GO ROACHES! Indain guy in charge wanted to book out during a roachspraying tons of them everywhere. He wanted to be cheap also on food he didnt have out half of what was pictured and was hiding maple syrup. Did not give us enough towels and bedding for 4 people . was horribly dirty. They were also too cheap to not only clean right but to fix anything. body fluid drops all over walls

Dirty walls and sheets were questionable. Great location for the sports park but as we walked in we saw two rats run by the door. The pool was a bit dirty and hot tub wasn’t working
