This property is horrible!

Nothing Took over 30 minutes to get a room key because the computer wouldn’t load. The room itself smelled awful and the carpets were soaking wet, I am assuming it was pee. We immediately left and did not stay here they refuse to give me my money back also.

My room was super dirty. Not vacuum, dirty stained curtains, bed sheets were stained. Mirrors was dirty. Little bugs. And it stinked! Only that it was in front of the soccer field.

Staff were friendly and allowed us to park there prior to check in and after check out. Property seems a bit run down, but again it was super convenient. Breakfast is great with waffles, eggs, sausage, toast and fruit. Price was reasonable. Bed cover had weird stains and the room was basic, but the bed was actually soft and it was quiet. I would stay again if we needed to come to this area again.

Great location for the Sports Complex. Other than that, this place should be avoided. Tried all day to contact the property to confirm late check-in. 9 hours, dozens of calls, not a single time was the call answered. Property is dirty and poorly maintained.

Exceptional

Very bad costumer service at check in. My bathroom si k was plugged and not very well cleaned

The outside entrances (with keycards) worked about 50% of the time with many people standing outside waiting for someone to happen by to get help going inside. The hot tub worked, but was not hot. The hallways smelled really bad, and the room had a slight odor, hallways were much worse. The actual room was outdated and not clean. The bathroom toilet paper dispenser fell out of the wall exposing a hole, you could tell it had been like that for a while. When brought to their attention they just offered me another toilet paper roll and said they couldn’t get anyone out to fix it. The bed sheets and blankets had holes in them and were stained, along with the pillows. The walls were dirty. Breakfast was provided and surprisingly it was decent. Waffles, eggs, and sausage along with toast, cereal, yogurts, coffee and orange juice. The manager there during the day was very nice.

Do not stay here, the pictures are deceiving. Our room had literal puddles on the floor and the room was covered in dirt and grime. Would not recommend.

Bed was not cleaned/had short hairs everywhere, the room had a humid odor of moist/mold, the shower tub had paint peeling like never used before.

Will never in my life stay at this raunchy hotel again!

The sheets were stained, the bed was super hard, the hot tub was cold, the pillows were not comfortable, the sheets and pilllows had an unpleasant smell

Beds/sheets had stains on them and bed skirts had dried stains on them. Coffee pot had what looks like Mold in the water reservoir Even the curtains had stains on them.. Bathroom door was broken and had screws in it to help hold it up but I wasn’t able To use the door due to being broken Bathtub had hair in it from previous guest Floors were not vacuumed and it smelled strong of smoke in the hallway, Room key stoped working and had to ask front desk for help. There was no one at front desk most of the day and someone had to assist me through a camera at front desk. Free breakfast consistent of bread with butter or jam, cereal, milk, Sunny D and waffles with syrup that’s it Only lovely part was the women who where there to help with breakfast and the man who helped check me out, other then that not great.

Not that much clean was the room and the sleeping bed.

Blankets had holes on them. Eggs breakfast was undercooked and not enough for all the guests.
