Room not cleaned before we got in. Had previous guests food still in fridge that didn’t work. Mold in the bathroom. Room had a musty odor. Couldn’t even provide back-up roll of toilet paper. We have stayed there twice before and while we never considered it a luxury hotel, they gouge you for game weekends for an absolute dump. It was at least acceptable conditions before. Also a huge pothole at the one entrance that has been neglected for years. Person at front desk basically ignored me talking on his cell phone phone and then typing on the computer like I wasn’t even there.

Not maintained well.

The room had a terrible odor. The fridge did not work. We had to be moved to a different room. Breakfast was terrible.

Being in Morgantown for the game. Price Crazy way to get to the elevator! Stains and mold in the bathroom. The ice machine was broken.

Our bathroom did not work, had to use lobby everytime, no shower cutain on the hook so bathroom floor got soaked, mold above mirror in bathroom-I will never stay here again.

Literal roaches next to the breakfast serving line. Roaches in our room. Listing was for 2 queen mattresses in our room and was 2 standard mattresses instead. Hallways smelled like smoke. Mold growing in the bathroom. Only good thing about this place is the front desk worker and the proximity to Milan Puskar Stadium. Other than those two positives, it was all negative. Room was clean and had a refrigerator and microwave. Beds were very firm and not comfortable for us.

The hotel is in a great location. It is severely ran down. It is in need of hallway upgrades such as new carpet and paint. The lobby is inviting. The entrance and exit doors are not secure to the residential part of the hotel. The handicap facility is on the first floor but located farthest away from the registration desk. If you need assistance a handicap person has to mobilize to the front desk. The person at the front desk cannot leave the desk to assist you. Our room was clean and comfortable but there was a musty smell throughout the hotel. The continental breakfast was good. There needs to be an upgrade to table and chairs in that area. For what we needed it for, the hotel stay was good, comfortable, and we had easy access to the hospital, food and drink, and rested comfortable. The hotel staff made it possible for us to check in directly after my husband's discharge from surgery which was around 10:30 a.m. and was as courteous as could be with the resources they had to work with. The hotel does need upgrades for a first impression statement. We thank the hotel for providing us a place to rest during a time of a medical need. The entrance and exit doors were not secure. Very clean and functional but just outdated

Secluded away from town. My daughter called my bed the Titanic, because if I barely moved it sounded like it was sinking.
