Good location, easy check in

Every time I went to get in the room my key wouldn’t work. Sounded like there was a water leak in the bathroom, elevator floor sticky the whole weekend. No hand or body soap. Breakfast…no words

Better than any LaQuinta I've stayed at and definitely made me feel welcome!

There was mold in the bathroom sink and shower. There was bugs in the ceiling light fixture. The key card would work one time and you would be locked out of the building and have to go and get a new card. We had to do this three times in two days. There was no conditioner or body wash in the shower. I was told housekeeping would come clean and restock everything on our second day there but we did not see housekeeping the entire stay. Anytime you needed something you had to go down to the front desk doesn’t seem like anybody comes to you there. There are no anti-slip mats or tractions in the shower. My daughter and I almost wiped out in there twice. The breakfast was decent and there is free parking. My daughter liked the pool.

Staff was excellent and very helpful.

Room was a mix of clean and nasty, the beds were very uncomfortable and the pool was closed for maintenance, would have been nice to know ahead of time. Complimentary hot breakfast and the price were the only good parts of our stay.

The main walk area were dirty and not mopped. Our room smelled of curry seasoning. But the staff were nice and helpful. One of the girls making breakfast was so sweet and nice. Overall our stay was for a nights rest and this hotel provided that at a good rate.

Nice having a continental breakfast, but hotel definitely needs some improvement. The elevator situation is not good, and no ice machines work but the one on the 4th floor.

As for the property, the sink faucet was not the right fit for the Sink as you had to place your hands right up against the sink wall for washing. Only one elevator was in operation. We’ve noticed that was the case at our last motel stay - I don’t know if this is a trend with motels for saving operational cost or if it was actually out-of-order. But, it was a minor inconvenience. The grounds could’ve used some attention to weed pulling, especially just outside the windows of the dining area. Breakfast was good, although our coffee contained grounds on a couple occasions. A friendly and helpful staff, a good hot shower and a very comfortable bed made up the difference. I was also glad that Expedia reimbursed our $50 incidental fee, which did not happen at our last motel stay elsewhere. Overall, we would agree with the 8.8 rating for this motel.

Breakfast could have a few more options for milk in case of dietary restrictions (Almond, oar milk, etc--) but other than that, it was a good experience.

Great location close to campus. Clean and safe. Would stay again.

Only ice maker that worked was on third floor. Several days the elevators did not work. Treadmill stopped working while we were staying there.

Stayed here previously & it was fine, but will never stay again. Room 301 smelt of old, stale cigarette smoke, toilet was nasty, some type of fluids or crust on side of bed, mold in shower, shower curtain torn & “clean” dirty washclothes!!!

Shower ceiling has visible mildew. Room smelled of previous occupants food that they cooked in there. Mattress/box spring- has some type of large yellow stain (on the window facing side) Don't even want to imagine what that may be.

The staff was very friendly and nice. Electric went off to rooms only and elevators were down. They did one working before we left. Floors were dirty and stairwells looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Hand rails not attached to wall. Roaches in the bathroom. No washcloths or soap. I have stayed here before and everything was great, but this time it was terrible.

Mold in bathroom as well as a non functioning bathroom vent. The window also didn’t open so no way to get air flow in room. Staff was great but bathroom needs to have mold removed in shower and get the vent functioning.

Unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing. The pool was visibly dirty, with clumps of hair floating in the water and algae on the windows. Our room also didn't feel clean. There were handprints on the headboard, the shower/tub was dirty, and the towels and washcloths looked stained or unclean. We ended up driving home to get our own pillows and blankets because we weren't comfortable using the bedding provided. This wasn't a major issue compared to the cleanliness concerns, but Netflix also wouldn't connect on the TV, so we ended up using a laptop and HDMI cable to watch a movie. We still made the best of our girls' night, but I do wish I had spent the money on a different hotel.

we loved it everyone was so nice
