Room was clean and nice and the A/C worked great, however the toilet ran constantly and breakfast was not what was advertised. They were out of most foods by 9am and breakfast was supposed to run until 10am. If you are going to advertise a breakfast buffet until 10am, you can’t run out of food before 9am and leave your guests without.

Desk clerk was not very friendly when we arrived. Otherwise nice stay.

Great for a pet friendly hotel. Price was right for a one night stop over. Comfortable bed.

Starting to show some wear , needs some TLC

Rick was very helpful when the sink stopper would not pop back up. The property needs weed removal and tree trimming. Breakfast was good. Facility was very clean.

The pillows and bed linens left much to be desired. 4 pillows for a king size room with a pull out couch and the flat sheet was so old and worn it was see through. I nearly had to beg every other day for new towels as they were always behind on laundry. The chlorine smell from the pool was so strong it made your eyes water just walking into the pool area. And the pool area was extremely hot. Our last night of our stay there was a barking dog. This thing barked from 12:30-2am. I called the front desk and their response was “yeah a couple other rooms have called to complain, there’s really nothing we can do about it” I asked if they collect emergency contact info for dog stays and he said no. So our last night where sleep was most important as we had an early flight was sleepless. I don’t know if there’s any hotels that would be better. But we definitely will never stay here again.

I’m rating the hotel 3 stars, just okay. The staff seemed nice and it offers free breakfast every day which is great. The location and price were good as well, however, our room wasn’t cleaned very well. At first glance, it seemed clean, but the longer we stayed, the more we noticed. There was food left in the fridge, after the comforter got untucked on the first night, we noticed stains on the comforter, and we found trash in one of the drawers as well as sticky residue on the door knob, etc. I emailed the hotel but didn’t hear back. We were staying on business where we were gone all day so we didn’t have a chance to talk to a manager or anything.

This was the worst hotel experience in my left. The room was disgusting. It took four days for housekeeping to come and clean the room despite requesting it multiple times, including when we were out of toilet tissue. The air condition would not turn off. Maintenance was supposed to be called multiple times but in 6 days no one ever came. I requested a room change and they claimed they could not change room. I asked to speak with a manager and no manager on duty and they claimed to only be able to reach by email and that they had emailed but no one got back to them. The only thing that was okay was breakfast. Front desk staff were apologetic but they clearly no no idea not to fix the many things wrong with this hotel including getting housekeeping to do their job. Oh and when housekeeping came on day 4, they left clean towels but did not replaced the entry toilet tissue roll, did not vacuum not make any beds. They literally came in to leave some towels. If I could give zero stars I would.

The other complaint was behind the end table. Can easily run the sweeper behind there to also make things look good. I didn’t care for looking at a peanut and the top of a sauce container. Otherwise, I loved my stay there.

Great stay

To improve - the hotel and especially the rooms need to focus better on cleanliness. The room floors didn’t look like they were cleaned. The bed had a stain on it. The room was not vacuumed as there were small items from previous guests scattered. The bedsheet also had a slight weird smell to it as if it hadn’t been washed. I get that the hotel is fairly price accessible but cleaning should be a basic item.

Clean comfy room & great stay!

On a positive note, the desk manager was very efficient and friendly.

There was trash in the hallways and elevators that was still there the next day. The breakfast sausage looked like it had been reheated several days and dried out. I would not recommend this hotel.

The only reason I am rating this hotel 2 stars instead of 1 is because of a very helpful young lady named Carissa who finally helped resolve my issue after me falling 4 days in a row and getting nowhere with 2 separate managers. Upon arriving on a Saturday night at 9pm, the front desk worker put my family and I in a room that someone was already in and gave us keys to this woman’s room TWICE. I was mad enough for my family because we were so tired but I cannot begin to imagine how terrified this woman (who was traveling alone) must have been. Once we finally got into our own room, the beds were as tall as the dresser. My sister is disabled and was unable to get into the bed to sleep. We spoke to the front desk about this and they said that all their beds were like this. So we asked for a refund to go stay somewhere else. Front desk girl tells me there’s nothing to refund because I booked through Travelocity (lie. It was pay later so the hotel has the funds) I called Travelocity and they confirmed my thoughts. She continued to argue with me and we finally left because we needed to sleep. Of course, I was charged the next day. I’ve been calling since the day after this happened and have gotten nowhere. Finally, on Wednesday, I finally spoke to Carissa who was able to help me and get this sorted out. Aside from her, the customer service at this hotel was a nightmare. I travel atleast twice a month and have NEVER had an experience like this.
