Candlewood Suites MORGANTOWN-UNIV WEST VIRGINIA by IHG

Great place to bring a dog!

I wish the mattresses were upgraded a little bit One of them is nice and soft and you get to the next one and it's hard as a rock We had run in three rooms while we were here

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The bed was comfortable. It was quite a climb the reach the property. The room had a recliner which we thought was great but it was hard to figure out and had to forcefully push the foot rest down. There was a drawer in the kitchenette that wouldn’t stay closed. There was also an alarm clock that didn’t work.

Very quiet and comfortable.

The location is good and the staffs are very friendly. Rooms are clean.

Exceptional

Room was clean all and all a good stay

The ice maker wasn't working but it was not a big deal just had to gwt ice from ice machine.

They don't make your bed or clean your room if you need clean towels you have to go to the front desk.none of this is written on hotels.com, when you are paying $300+ a night you expect a clean room and made bed . Just awful

Passable

Not very clean. Staff not interactive. They like long term stays.

Parking was pretty tight.

Super close to everything, including the university plus I could take my dogs Parking was pretty tight.

When I reached out, everyone was very apologetic, but literally no compensation or action taken. As I prefer feces-less towels, will be avoiding IHG run facilities in future.

The location and the amenities. David at the front desk was so helpful!

Clean room.
