I walked in and left immediately. There were cockroaches, bed bugs and a mattress that looked like a murder had happened in there. Worst experience ever! ALL OF IT. DISGUSTING. And I had to fight for nearly a month to get a refund.

Upgrade the appliance and cockroach were in there needs to be sprayed. I am sorry

The location. The room stinks, had cockroaches all over the floor including the bathroom. Carpets were disgusting dirty and smelly. Not worth the price!

It was clean, but the room smelled like urine.

The TV was new and nice, the gentleman at the door was nice as well. He actually said he wouldn’t charge me for a deposit bc I booked through the booking website, which I now agree with because the room was terrible. 1. Smelled like BO 2. Roaches by the AC and bathtub 3. Dirty drawers, cabinets and microwave 4. Steps looked like they had blood spilled on them 5. No smoke detector 6. Bathtub was gross I wouldn’t dare shower barefoot. 7. Floors were dirty, as if nobody vacuumed or swept. 8. Pretty sure they have beg bugs bc I couldn’t sleep from all the itching and scratching. I was scared to even look! 9. Roller wouldn’t flush had to purchase a plunger myself! I left it behind, you’re welcome!

Very unethical business. I had a cancellable reservation. I had time upto 6 PM to cancel or else they will bill my credit card and hold the room for me. This is the policy of Expedia arrangement with hotel for cancellable reservations. I went in to check in at 9 PM, they had cancelled my reservation without notice! When I went in to check-in, I had no room! I had to sleep in car. Terrible experience. They had sold the room for higher price for someone else. It was graduation weekend and hotels were fully booked in the university area. They grabbed the chance to make money ignoring the contract with Expedia. Expedia could not help after speaking to hotel. They just gave me $25 as cover up. This hotel, I will never go again

Staffing very polite

The staff was very helpful and friendly No soap, No inner curtain so we could not open curtain as room was on first floor and no privacy, people in parking lot had loud music and talking till late night which disrupted our sleep, insufficient lighting in room, no trash can in room and no coffee/tea maker. It was pretty run down
