The rooms were clean and spacious, the amenities were kept up and clean and the staff was nice

I enjoyed my stay would absolutely book again !

Easy check in. Helpful staff.

The hotel is older but well maintained. Our complaint is that we asked if the shuttle driver could pick us up after we dropped off our rental car. We were assured that they could and it was close. We dropped off the rental and took the car rental shuttle back to the terminal. We called the hotel for a shuttle to the hotel and were informed the driver was on his way. We waited over 30 minutes and called a second time and were informed it would be 5 minutes, and he was on his way. 15 minutes later he showed up. This was a Saturday evening and the hotel was empty; the drivers were sitting in the lobby. Apparently, there was no communication between the front desk and the shuttle. The morning shuttle to the airport was prompt and effortless, so that worked well.

Everything about the property was perfect. Clean, well maintained. Only issue is that we called from Denver when we realized our flight was delayed and we probably wouldn't get to the property before 2 am and check-in ended at midnight. We were told no problem and that there would be a note for the next shift. Our flight was even more delayed so we didnt show up to the property until 2:20 am. There was no sign of a staff person anywhere, but there was a sign that they were helping guests elsewhere. We laid down on the bench and waited 20-25 minutes for someone to show up so we could get to our room for the night. We were exhausted from a full day of travel. The staff person was very apologetic and was not told there would be any late check-ins. She did give us a VERY late check out that we were very grateful for. Otherwise it was a perfect stay.

Amazing staff, cleanliness and amenities

He is always so nice, good food and drinks. I feel safe here, beds are comfortable and hotel is nice and clean.

Transport was good.

Front desk person was incredibly kind and helpful. Restaurant/bar guy was the bomb. Clean facility, super comfy rooms. Great night after a long travel day, but would have liked to have stayed longer. It was that nice.

Breakfast was not included, and it was $15.95. I thought it was a bit extreme for a simple grab-and-go morning meal.

Bad food and not clean

Wrote an email to the assistant GM and the GM about our stay. Cleanliness is a huge concern and if you value that, maybe take a look around for other hotels.

There were 7 of us with very early flights and We did not appreciate getting to the airport late

Always stay here when in Raleigh for business. Staff is excellent and comfortable rooms and beds!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful in checking in, they offer transition to the airport which was wonderful for us

Updated and nice. Comfortable beds and the airport shuttle was quick and easy. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing staff

Holiday Inn isn't what it used to be. I was impressed by how beautiful and clean the rooms were. And the beds were so comforable. It truly was on par with a 3 star hotel. However, I was highly disappointed by the front desk staff, particularly the man who checked us out the morning of 7/18/26 (I forgot to get his name). We went down for breakfast and was given a different price than what we were told upon check in. We mentioned it to him and the fact that this was the second thing we encountered during our short 1 night stay that had been inconsistent between staff communications and actual hotel policy/pricing. We explained that we just wanted him to know so everyone could get on the same page. Just giving some feedback. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience. He said, "No. She needs to get on the same page", referring to his co-worker. His attitude was so terrible we decided not to have breakfast there and left. After the perfect stay, this really ended our stay on a bad note. Hopefully, staff gets better training because otherwise its a very nice hotel.

Restaurant was wonderful. Staff was great, no disappointments.
