I had a pleasant stay, nice calm environment definitely enjoyed it. the front desk clerk even went the extra mile and came all the way to my room to show us how to open the balcony door. Would for sure recommend to others

I would absolutely stay here again! I was actually shocked how pretty and spacious the room was(I got a queen suite). the staff was nice and helpful. first stay here and def not my last.

I booked a room with a balcony & was put in one without a balcony. I called the office & informed them. She said she’d speak to the manager about the price difference & get back with me. Never did. Things weren’t clean. The bed & pillows were awful. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The room was clean and everything you see in the picture is what u actually get in person and staff if very kind!

But the worst was the second night of our stay. One of the beds got soiled. We cleaned up, and washed the sheets, but needed new bedding because the comforter and mattress liner got dirty too. We informed the front desk the next morning as we left for the day and were told our room was due for cleaning and they’d take care of it. We got back late that evening and none of it was taken care of. No clean stuff brought up, no cleaning done, and the soiled bedding was still in the room. The front desk said we could come down and get new stuff, which we did. She assured us that someone would get the dirty bedding in the morning. No one ever did. At this point, we quit bothering to ask for anything - we were leaving early the next morning, and it seemed pointless, since none of our requests had been met. I can let a lot of things go, but not being taken care of and being left with soiled bedding was unacceptable. I wouldn’t stay again, and I’m not sure I’d stay at any Wyndham again.

Great place to stay even tho the elevator was down i do feel i should have been given a discount being i was on the 4th floor also the snack/drink machine is only in 1 building and thats not the building i checked in

Property didn’t have enough towels after 2 days of my stay to give me fresh towels Ironing board but no iron

I’m thankful to not have been murdered or robbed during my stay here. The smell of cleaning solution on the vinyl flooring.

The bed was not sturdy. The ice maker in the freezer took a long time to make ice.

Elevator was broken the entire stat, dusty gave any washcloths in room (staff only provided bath towels), lobby smelled like dogs

well, the wifi would never connect. their was either 2 canine or human poops in the elevator. Need I go on?

Everything was amazing there and more and great definitely would stay again only thing is the hot water in the shower goes out very quickly needs to be adjusted to where the hot water runs longer.

Great place to stay! Roomy, convenient, clean and if you like showers with strong water pressure! They got it! Only thing was the shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles were empty. I hadnt planned on bringing any of those but good thing I did! Just too busy to ask the front desk for replacement bottles.
