I loved everything.

First and foremost, I booked a 3 bedroom suite for two days at $341.00 and $100.00 deposit, I received notification that the 3 bedroom that I booked wasn’t available anymore due to the AC unit going out. I was accommodated with 2 other rooms instead which were disgusting and filthy in the living room area. The couches had horrible stains, extremely dirty as if the furniture was pickup off the side of road. The other room had a huge caved in dip on the floor that was covered with a table. My family was given keys to another room that had roaches. By now I’m super annoyed. Front desk gave us keys to more rooms, which had a guy sleeping in the bed which was super scary. Never in my life have I ever had such poor experience with a hotel. I deserve my money back after this traumatized experience traveling for my daughter’s wedding 5.4 hours and no other hotels had vacancies!!!

We were delighted with the hotel and the separate bedrooms and bathrooms. What a good choice.

The layout was great! Showers great! Kitchen area very nice. The mattresses were awful. And the sofa in living area was badly stained and needed cleaning.

I really enjoyed my stay!!! Having a washer & dryer in the room made all the difference. Was able to relax & it felt like home. I booked my next step prior to leaving!!

I asked 3 times for shampoo and they were out

I was not expecting the room to be the way it was. The washer and dryer inside of the room was a significant plus in my book. The kitchen area was clean and organized and I love the fact that it had a dishwasher with it. However, I would have liked to add a few more supplies than the trial sizes that were given. If I ever come back to Raleigh, this will definitely be the place I would stay.

The room was dirty couches stained. Front desk didn’t even acknowledge me. Until I asked where check in was because it was at a table not a normal desk. I don’t recommend.

Everything was good especially for the price. The one thing that stood out was the curtains in the bedroom had red stains. I thought it was blood at first but I think it was ketchup that splattered and was not cleaned up.

Good as expected and kitchen was helpful and only issue was one bathroom shower was not working perfectly it was leaking so we had to use the other bathroom as it was a 2 bed room suite and rest all was wonderful

When I got to my room, it was obvious it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The floors were dusty and dirty, the kitchen table and nightstands were sticky, the toilet was dirty, and even the washing machine was dirty. Although the bed was made, the sheets were stained, and the pillows were yellow and appeared to have mold on them. It honestly seemed like the only thing housekeeping did was make the bed. Since I couldn’t find a housekeeper, I ended up washing the bedding myself in the washing machine inside the room. I also went to the Walmart down the street to buy cleaning supplies so I could clean the room myself, along with a new bed sheet because the ones provided were heavily stained and unusable. The only positives were that the area felt quiet and safe. I was able to sleep through the night without any disturbances from neighbors or people walking through the hallways. I also appreciated that the $100 security deposit was refunded to my card promptly after I checked out. If the rooms were actually cleaned, I would definitely stay here again. Unfortunately, based on the condition of my room, I probably won’t be returning.

Horrible experience. The person at check in really doesn't care about any customer service. First room we got was dirty and full of trash. Second room didn't have any toiletries whatsoever and we asked for some, the person at the front desk pretty much suggested we leave the hotel. Which we did immediately of course. That's to the wonderful people at Hotels/Expedia we got a full refund. Please don't stay here unless absolutely necessary

Customer service is a mixed bag depending who you interact with. Parking is easy. Kitchen was a 6 out of 10 for cleanliness (The oven wasnt clean).

Had a sleepover for my daughter with the girls and the moms and there was plenty of space! Felt like home away from home in the 3 bedroom. Staff was friendly if we needed anything. Space felt safe and convenient to Walmart if we needed to run out and get anything.

Check in and the satellite was out. I advise front desk, they claim maintenance will be there the next day. I ask the next day, different shift staff member advise maintenance doesn’t come in on weekends, I was lied to. The toilet clog up and I had unclog it myself. Bed frame was weak. The suite was half clean.
