Check in and the satellite was out. I advise front desk, they claim maintenance will be there the next day. I ask the next day, different shift staff member advise maintenance doesn’t come in on weekends, I was lied to. The toilet clog up and I had unclog it myself. Bed frame was weak. The suite was half clean.

What a great find! Unbelievably affordable, especially for a holiday weekend, and was like an apartment. Very nice fully functional kitchen and like the way the rooms separate off and have their own bathrooms and plenty of shelves for storing your belongings. Highly recommend if you’re staying in the Raleigh, RTP, or Durham area.

Everuthing was good!!!!!!!! But the bed was TRASH! My back and hip were hurting once awake in the AM.

Overall the place was nice location was good and staff friendly. The cleanliness could have been way better. When we got there one of the beds had dirt specs on it almost like someone dropped a handful of sand on the bed. The bed linen needed to be cleaned better or replaced with new ones because the linen on the comforter were stained.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very nice and perfect with own washer & dryers in the units. I would definitely stay here again.

When I went to the front desk (the elevators were out so had to go up and down 3 flights of stairs), the attendant was very nice but had to call a manager because he said they were all booked. They were able to find us a room. We were not offered any kind of discount or anything which I thought was poor customer service. The new room was okay except there was a washcloth on the counter in the bathroom. It was the only one while the other bathroom had two. I was unsure whether it was clean so I didn't use it. I went to Walmart down the street to buy Clorox wipes to wipe down the place. I have stayed here before and didn't have any problems so I'm not sure if it's new management or something but it's definitely going downhill. Will not stay here again.

Charged on 2 separate cards had to call to rectify. My room assigned when I got to the property was not fully cleaned. I asked staff to address while out and assured it would be handled. Came back not done. Called staff again and was immediately accommodated to another room but that one had a smoke smell residue (allergic) and was given spray to help but didn’t last long. It was the only room available so had to deal with it and take lots of medicine because my son liked the layout better. Didn’t realize how bad smell was until I unpacked clothes (that I washed before I left) and it still had the smell when I came home.

I highly recommend for ahort stay or longer stays.

The room and whole place was super clean, the only con was the direct tv being the only thing we were able to use. I like watching Netflix and such but everything else was lovely.

apartment style is nice the stairway had pee everywhere & it smelled disgusting. our shower was dirty when we arrived

Location, Cost, and unit setup living room couch had stains on it and smelled of urine and also near the living room window also had strong urine smell

No soaps by the sinks, no dishwasher soap, only dishwasher and very few glasses. Only one blowdryer.

I like the fact that it was close to stored and food places, right off the highway. Staff was not to my liking, front desk receptionist was rude. There was food left in the refrigerator from previous visitors, but the room was supposed to be cleaned. Looked like the floor wasn’t swept or mopped and the bathroom was half cleaned. The cable was going in and out the whole stay.
