HYATT house Raleigh Durham Airport

Shower curtain barely fit in tub andvallwedvwster to splash on floor and form small puddle. I went to front desk told them. They said they would send someone up promptly to put new curtain. They never did. SobI had to shower while pressed against thevwall with shower head directed toward shower wall to prevent water from puddlin up on floor and to be safe so I did not slip and fall and fall when I got out shower becausevof puddle water on floor. Thatbwas ridiculous and very inconvient Not good. The breakfast was awesome except grits. First morning they were thick and perfect. The next morning they were extremely watery like soup. Yuk!!!

This is truly a great property. Every time I stay here, they never fail to cater to all my needs. The rooms are clean. The property is clean. The amenities are great, one of the best breakfasts I’ve had. Location is pretty secluded, but I like it just the same. I highly recommend this property to anyone that wants to get away.

Hyatt House has become our regular hotel for our trips to the Raleigh area. It is close to the airport, has spacious rooms, and a nice pool. We enjoy their lobby area which has a bar, television, and pool table. We also appreciate that breakfast is included. Looking forward to our next trip!

Exceptional

The staff was amazing from the time I walked in the door. Ended up extending stay at last minute and very accommodating to keep me in the same room. Definitely will book again next month to visit my family

Lovely hotel!! Very clean, elegant and private. The hotel is located in a nice quiet area but near a small outlet of restaurants and coffee shops. The pool is FANTASTIC! Clean and relaxing! The hotel has great amenities like a gym, laundry area and convenience store! The room was lovely! Clean and equipped with a small kitchen with everything you may need for a small meal! Will definitely stay here again :) Also breakfast buffet! Absolutely delicious 😍😍

Clean and safe place with comfy room and bed, lots of food choices directly in front of hotel and shopping locations easily accessible. Good breakfast selection offered with lots of choices.
